Final day of early voting for Harrison, Cotter special elections

Monday is the final day of early voting for special elections in Harrison and Cotter.
In Cotter, residents are being asked to approve an extension of an existing 1% sales tax to finance improvements to the city’s sewer system. In Harrison, residents are being asked to approve two sales tax measures that would finance the construction of a community/aquatic center and fund the operation of the city’s park system.
Early voting for the Cotter special election is available at the Baxter County Courthouse from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday. Early voting for the Harrison special election is available from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Boone County Election Center.
