Federal judge dismisses Florida lawsuit seeking to have Trump declared ineligible for presidency

The lawsuit argued that the 14th Amendment to the Constitution applied to Trump because of his involvement in and around the Jan. 6, 2021, attempt to overturn the results of the 2022 election.
