A lot of times we talk about it in the context of home sales, and its true there is a lot of demand for people looking to buy homes in the suburbs right now. Prices are up about 1215 yearoveryear because so many people looking at suburban homes. But also rent prices on the rise. We reached out to innovation homes and American Homes for rent, and both of them tell us, well, home rental demand is through the roof right now.
