And President Trump is energized, hes engaging with hundreds of thousands of voters all across the country while joe biden has chosen to, well, keep his Campaign Close to home. So close, in fact, he had plans to stay in his basement throughout the day, but his handlers did manage to convince him to emerge from that basement to show up at what we would call a small event, some 45 minutes from his house in delaware. Biden and the rest of his campaign are keeping a low profile, apparently trying to hide their candidate so that the media wont see or record his blunders and the total mess they seem to have made of things over these final weeks. Just how big a mess is joe biden . Well, over this past weekend joe biden was confused about just who it is hes running against. And the character of the country, on my view, is literally on the ballot, what kind of country were going to be. Four more years of george going to find ourselves in a position where if trump gets hechted, were going to be hecht ared, were going to be the in a different world. The the daily caller reports its the same deal for which joe biden was seeking a 10 cut. Hunter biden texted his associate, Tony Bobulinski, in the may of 2017 to say, quote we dont want to have to register as foreign agents under the fcpa, the foreign corrupt practices act, which is much more exe pansive than people who should know choose not to know. You wont see any reports, by the way, in the leftwing National Media about these Text Messages or any of the emails taken from Hunter Bidens laptop. Heres the Washington Post, well, explaining it all, writing this about those emails, quote we must treat the hunter biden leaks as if they were a foreign intelligence operation even if they probably arent. End quote. That is a sentence that the post will live to regret for many, many decades. It took the Washington Post 11 more paragraphs to mention the fact that director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe and the fbi have said there is absolutely no evidence of russian involvement with the laptop, there is no Russian Disinformation Campaign behind the biden scandal. Joe biden himself has still not denied the authenticity of any of the emails taken from his sons computer. From what ive read and know, the Intelligence Community warned the president that giuliani was being fed disinformation from the russians. The only reason they revived this investigation is because i made this public. They were willing to sit on this right through the election. See trump defeated, biden elected, and then thats they co back to way they were under comey. I dont know whats wrong at the upper levels of the fbi. And when we say the fbi, i do not mean the people in the field. Theyre being misserved, theyre being double crossed. Theres a sickness at the top of the fbi that has not been removed. Its been there since they fixed the case on hillary and went after trump on false charges. Very, very dangerous people. I dont know what they have in mind lou and why is it to sit on information like this. Lou well, they not only sat on it, the information you turned over to the Delaware State Police they turned over to the fbi. The information that has been brought forward by senator johnsons committee, they basically intervened in a senatorial investigation and blocked bobulinski from from testifying before them. This looks like a crisis in the making if ive ever seen one, and why in the hell isnt someone telling this fbi director to stand down . Or stand up, one or the other. I cant answer that for you, lou. I think he should have been gone a long time ago. I mean, ive lost confidence in him when he wasnt turning documents over to the House Committee claiming they were classified. In no way were they the classified. They just, they just made clear that Hillary Clinton was responsible for the russian hoax. As his defense lawyer, the president s defense lawyer, can you imagine how angry i am that i didnt have that two years ago . We could have ended the whole thing. I dont know whats wrong with mr. Senate report on hunter biden, burisma and Biden Corruption. This is stunning stuff, and yet the national leftwing media, rudy, says time after time that there is nothing here. It looks like a great deal is here, and as to your point, ten months the fbi had that laptop and didnt do a thing until they found out you had possession of it. Yeah. And also, lou, i have to tell you those are very conservative numbers. When i go through the laptop the, it adds up to more like 30 or 40 million that he made while he was Vice President. And the important thing is he tells you on the email that he gave half of it to his father while he was Vice President which makes it a straight out and out bribe. Thats admissible testimony, by the way. Thats an admission, that statement that he made. It could be used in a court of law. Bobulinski confirms it. Several other Text Messages confirm it. And there are five witnesses over in ukraine ready to come over and testify that he got bribes there too, and theyve been held up by the state department. The deep state department. It would be fabulous for a trial lawyer. Id love to try i it. Lou well, i know you would. [laughter] its pretty clear9 that the fbi and the Justice Department dont want any part in trying cases against prominent democrats. Theyve made that very clear over the course of the last five years. Yep. Lou actually, the preceding eight they didnt do much either. But the fact of the matter is the fbi in possession of all of this, there has been one pattern that has persisted throughout obamagate. And that is, quite simply, the fbi is a place where truth goes to die and hopes for truth go to die. There is i cant think of a is single report from the fbi whether its benghazi, whether it is the first 11 months of investigating President Trump people forget about that period, the socalled crossfire hurricane. The results were to try to frame the president of the United States. And nothing, no one was ever held accountable. And at this point the American People is have got to be sick to their stomachs to what the fbi now stands for and the socalled department of justice. And either way, where is william barr . I want to start with the cia. The cia, it seems, insisting on blocking the release of devin nunes Intelligence Report from 2017 at any cost. Your thoughts about that tonight. Look, weve had a number of the intelligence agencies not recognize the importance of transparency. This is a real problem. It goes across all of the intelligence with agencies who overclassify and continue to manipulate the process pretending like somehow sources or methods aring being given away. And i can assure you that that is not happening. I had lots of fights with intelligence officials and leaders where they were trying to explain to me why certain information was either a source or a method and how we developed the source, and i would push back hard and say thats not the case at all. What the case that youre covering up internal mistakes of the department. And you dont have a right to do that. This is not an exercise in trying to protect the reputation of different agencies. We have a crisis in this country with intelligence agencies, and if were going to fix it, the American People need to have a faith in their system. And the faith starts by admitting mistakes and coming clean and saying we erred, and were going to fix this. Lou i think in this instance, and i think you would agree with me, this is not about their mistakes, this is about their immorality and illegality in trying to overthrow a president and block a president ial candidate through spying and actual counterintelligence operations run against the white house itself. That makes it a different, different, sadly, a very different thing. And the American People here need the know their sources and their methods. Its one of those dilemmas the government has never faced before and the nation has never faced before. This Intelligence Report, the devin nunes report that they will not release from the socalled gun box in the cia, is it any more than simple, simple effort to cover up a crime on the part of the cia . Look, this is a situation i have to be very careful of in how i describe the lou i understand. Weve gone round and round with this, and it is not a fight about appropriate information. And thats what is most frustrating. And ive seen this information, and its another early red flag raising concerns that this russian collusion hoax was being developed when inside the intelligence agencies career intelligence officials knew that the information was wrong. But political appointees decided to let the wrong information be spread because they didnt like to have to downplay it because it would look like they were defending donald trump. This information was negative toward donald trump. And political ace point tees appointees in the Obama Administration allowed it to continue despite knowing full well it was russian propaganda. And thats whats most troubling to me, is that we had people who took the oath to defend this country, and instead of defending this country, they used their power in government to weaponize different powers against their political opponents. And thats unacceptable. We have to be able to call this out. And, by the way, ive worked at the state department for 11 years. If we saw this happening in another country, we would call it out immediately, and we would tell them to knock it off. Lou instead, were looking at a situation in which the president has given the power of declassification, his power if one can actual delegate such a power, he has done so, to william barr, the attorney general, and to the, to dni John Ratcliffe. It is yet nothing has happened. What is your honest, most realistic, direct anticipation of what will come of it, if anything . Look, Donald Trumps got to be reelected if were going to have something come of this because there have been those and i will just keep it general as to those or who are working very hard to delay, obstruct and to come up with brand new excuses constantly. And this is the a very well known issue to President Trump. Its been discussed inside the oval office on a number of times, and i think that let me just take a step back away from that general, from that specific issue and make a general comment. I think that when donald trump wins reelection, and i believe that he will, that he must appoint people that dont have on their resume a washington, d. C. Address. We need outsiders like donald trump because people who go to washington and who really care about their social status or their future economic status are not appropriate to make tough transitional decisions. We need intelligence agencies that are not political. We need to clean up the politics. And right now its a mess.
