At the same time, the High Court Also ruled President Trump nor does any president in their ruling have absolute immunity from prosecution, as if that was the issue. And the ruling by the court is that manhattans activist, Leftwing Democrat cy vance, the manhattan District Attorney, can have access to those documents and subpoena his tax returns from his accounting official in this instance. A contradictory and, again, extraordinary ruling from a court that has obviously simply if left its moorings. White House Press Secretary Kayleigh Mcenany focused on the radical lefts coordination with the radical dems, in this case the manhattan d. A. , as they work to harass and subvert President Trump. Justice thomas noted that the District Attorney for the county of new york, cyrus vance, served a subpoena on the president s personal Accounting Firm that, quote was merely identical to a subpoena issued by a Congressional Committee requesting nearly ten years of the president s financial records. So the partisan attorney, the democrat from the new york, is aiding and abetting the democrats, lawless democrats like nancy pelosi who have pursued this president with bogus charges of collusion, with bogus charges in the impeachment inquiry and are now pursuing this and assisted by cy vance. Based on the evidence im seeing, witnesses being interviewed, talk, documents changing hands, that there is still the possibility of some indictments, some criminal action in september. It cant be that hard to get this done, and lord knows the evidence is standing in public. The case has already been made in public. Lou well, i mean, what were really hearing from this attorney general and this Justice Department is that this isnt a priority, to know who tried to overthrow the president of the United States, to hold accountable Justice Department officials, intense Community Officials and department and Agency Leaders within that i. C. And, frankly, how many people in the white house were involved, how many people in the white house were actually controlling spygate and the greatest scandal in this countrys pretty if call history. Political history. I mean, this is as nonsensing call, as you put it, this is nonsensical. And we talk about border security, we talked about economic prosperity. And ultimately, thats a story that most in the Mainstream Media would like to ignore. The Supreme Court is acting like a bunch of squirrels. I mean, theyre out of control. And to rule simultaneously that a local d. A. Can have is access to a president s Tax Information through his Accounting Firm while the congress of the United States cannot, every, you know, every local d. A. In the country could persecute a president , a sitting president. Its mindless. What your thoughts. Well, i can tell you, obviously, were in a Different Branch and perhaps not as free to express our personal opinions as you might there lou right. But i can say this, this was nothing more than setting up a fishing expedition for every local d. A. Across the country. I would call it the president ial harassment decision. If you look at it on its face as they remanded it back to lower courts, hopefully well see a little bit different opinion coming out of that. And they did put in a few caveats that would say you cant just harass the president , but you and i both know that thats what congress has been doing, thats how this originated lou thats all that congress has been doing. Listen, theyre not passing anything that matters to moms and dads or aunts and uncles on main street. What theyre really doing about trying to affect the november elections by trying to conduct, quote, oversight that really is more weaponizing the oversight committee, and its just a shame. Lou so help me out on this, peeking of doing something speaking of doing something to mess up the elections again as they did in 2018, now we hear that john durham may not have any charges ready by the end of the summer. And if he doesnt, that he probably wouldnt bring charges at all until after the election which, as i just said to john solomon, i mean, thats just criminal conduct on the part of our Justice Department. Its the Justice Department led by this president. What the hell is going if on over there . Well, theres two things, two ways things happen here in washington d. C. Thats slow and never. And i can tell you that, hopefully, on this particular if case its more a case of being slow and judicious. I can say that we dont have a whole lot of visibility into the timing or what may or may not happen. I do have visibility from my previous job in terms of what john durham a may be reviewing, and i its very, very damning. When we look at the kind of evidence that ive been able to see, the kind of investigation i believe that he is conducting, what well ultimately see is justice will prevail. You know, you cant rush these things. But i think for most americans, myself included, i think we should are had justice months and years ago. Now were not supposed to do that usually. Usually we can do an exercise on the high seas without seeking permission or notifying the host government. So if that happened it implies sort of a gesture of goodwill toward the china in the middled of these difficult times. That is very strange, lou. Lou it also implyies, subordination in point of fact preceeding as a supplicant, to see whether or not freedom of navigation can be in fact defended by the United States. If he did that, if the Defense Department did that, they ought to be fired on the spot because otherwise, what is the point of this exercise if it is not to assert freedom of navigation and to make it very clear that were going to have a strong presence . This is asinine. This is the president promised smart government. Weve got some really dumb people running the Defense Department in a number of levels, in a number of quarters. Do you think im wrong . Well, there is no doubt the Chinese Media is suggesting to the world were theyre for these exercises with chinas permission at their pleasure. That surprised me. They often complain about the a surprise, the americans didnt seek commission. In this case there seems to be notification of to china advance. Lou your thoughts about the effectiveness of the exercises as best you understand whats happening because there is effectively a news make this clear for the white house and everyone in government.
