Derek chauvin, the fired Minneapolis Police officer accused of killing george floyd. Prosecutors also charging three other former Police Officers with aiding and abetting in seconddegree murder. Radical dem Minnesota Attorney general keith ellison, who is now overseeing the floyd case, thanked americans for their, as he put it, patience as they awaited these new charges. Heres ellison announcing the charges just a few moments ago. This is going to take months, and i dont know how many, but it is better to make sure that we have a solid case, fully investigated, researched before we go to trial than to rush it. We dont and so it will take a while, and i cant set a deadline on that. Lou the charges ellison brought today were not unexpected, and the video taken of the brutallal act will obviously be central to the prosecutions case. Central to all of the mayhem and violence over the past week, the past week and a half, and its been driven in part by ugly ideological forces and powerful partisan politics. Its been no coincidence that most demonstrations and violence have taken place in democraticrun cities. Democratic mayors, councils and state governments who have in some cases surrendered part of their cities, many of their streets and neighborhoods to anarchists, street criminals and some protesters turned looters and arsonists. And now comes this breaking news, and it is an extraordinary departure for a former president , but we have just been told former president barack obama will be holding an event this hour to take up the issue of police reform. Weve heard a couple of statements from mr. Obama over the past couple of weeks. This one promises to be different. Well see. Well take his comments live here this evening. President trump spent part of his day setting the record straight the on his decision to walk from the white house to the church that was torched by protesters and anarchists the previous night in washington. The left attacking him for his choice of symbolism; that is, the church and the bible he held high as he stud in front of it. Stood in front of it. The president dismissed his radical dem and media critics his usual detractors no matter what saying religious leaders hes talked with highly approved his choice to stand tall in front of the church that had been set afire. Controversy as well in the senate today where Rod Rosenstein, the former Deputy Attorney general, appeared before the judiciary committee. Committee chairman Lindsey Graham asked rosenstein about signing the fraudulent fisa warrant the fbi manufactured to spy on the Trump Campaign and trump presidency. You signed a warrant application in june of, i think, 2017 to get the carter page warrant renewed, is that correct . Yes. Okay. Have you looked at the horowitz report . Yes, i have. I have it with me, senator. If you knew then what you know now, would you have signed the warrant application . No, i would not. Lou graham asked why he believed there was a crime, why he had signed a fraudulent warrant. I believe that there was i understood that there was predication to investigate it. I didnt believe where did that come from . Who gave you that predication . Well, it came from information that came to me from the fbi was it from strzok and page . Are those the people preparing all these documents . I dont know who was were they in charge, were they still the investigators for mueller early on . My understanding, senator, is that ms. Page and mr. Strzok were working with okay. What input, if any, did they have into the information obtained in the memo . I dont know the answer to that. Strong, close questioning by senator graham. Graham then focused on the fact two fbi agents had moved the close and do to drop the and to drop the case altogether, noting that general flynn had not lied. Did you know that in january the 4th, 2017, the Fbi Field Office said we recommend that general flynn be removed from crossfire hurricane . No, i did not. Okay. Would that have mattered if you had known that . Yes. Okay. Did you know that they had recordings of mr. Papadopoulos somewhere overseas saying, no, i never worked with the russians, words to the effect that if a campaign did, that would be treason . Did you know that existed . No, i did not. Okay. Did you know that carter page how many times did carter page meet with donald trump . I dont know the answer to that, senator. Okay. How many times did papadopoulos meet with donald trump . I dont know the answer to that. Well, i can tell you, zero. Lou zero. And senator graham concluded his part of the questioning with the overarching issue in focus, that there had never been any is tocalled russian collusion socalled russian collusion and that after almost two years and tens of millions of dollars, there never was any evidence whatsoever, no basis whatsoever for the special counsel investigation. The point is the whole concept that the campaign was colluding with the russians, there was no there there in august 2017. Do you agree with that general statement or not . I agree with that general statement. Lou and so it is. And now the u. S. Park Police Acting chief Gregory Monaghan debunking the national leftwing medias claims that tear gas had been used to break up peaceful protests as President Trump walked to st. Johns church monday. This coming after the national leftwing media, well, fake news it is, ran headlines like this the New York Times writing, quote, protesters dispersed with tear gas so trump could pose at church. The Washington Post competing, writing quote inside the push to tear gas protesters ahead of a trump photo op, end quote. And good old npr ran the headline, quote Peaceful Protesters tear gassed to clear way for Trump Church Photo op. U. S. Park police chief noted that at about 6 30 monday evening eastern time protesters had begun throwing bricks, frozen Water Bottles and caustic liquid at Police Officers. He also noted that intelligence revealed there were calls for more violence against Police Officers. In order to suppress that violence, the u. S. Park police warned the demonstrators and protesters to evacuate. And after the protesters continued their violence, the u. S. Park police did use smoke canisters and pepper balls to clear the area. There was never any tear gas. On wall street stocks today rallied and rallied bigtime. The Dow Jones Industrials up 527 points. The s p 500 rose 42, the nasdaq gained 75. Lou President Trump today ripped inh former attorney general Jeff Sessions and u. S. Attorney john huber. You remember him, perhaps not. Sessions appointed huber to look into alleged crimes by Hillary Clinton and did nothing. The president tweeted this about huber, quote he was a Garbage Disposal unit [laughter] for Important Documents and then, tap, tap, tap, just dragging along and running out of time. A. G. Jeff sessions was played by a drum. End president ial quote on tweet. Rod rosenstein testifying today, denied ever suggesting that he would wear a wire and secretly wiretap President Trump in the white house in a plot to remove the president under the 25th amendment. Did you suggest or hint at secretly recording President Trump . I did not [inaudible] or hint at secretly recording President Trump. Have you, have you ever discussed with anyone the possibility of invoking the 25th amendment to remove this president from office . I have never in any way suggested that the president should be removed from office [inaudible] detailed explanation if you have time. Lou but after the New York Times had broken the story in september of 2018 that rosenstein did, indeed, suggest he would wear a a wire, Justice Department officials said he did but did so only sarcastically, facetiously, you know, fun and games. The times reported, quote a Justice Department spokeswoman also provided a statement federal a person who was present when mr. Rosenstein proposed wearing a wire. The person who would not be named acknowledged the remark but said mr. Rosenstein made it sarcastically, end quote. Less than a month after the times had broken that story, former fbi general counsel james baker was on capitol hill where, under oath, baker said this, quote on our side of the street, we thought it was serious. So my recollection is, yeah, it was. We were stunned and surprised. I dont think people laughed it off as a joke. End quote. Well, someone is lying. Dont believe many of them are laughing right now. The question is, will we find out who is lying . Joining us tonight is congressman andy biggs. Hes the chairman of the House Freedom caucus, a member of the house judiciary committee, and he is also on the science, space and technology committee, and that makes you a big deal in my view because im a big fan of what we are watching america do in space now. I want to, i want to stay with the issue of, obviously, rosenstein and the testimony today, but this is a great time for america to be back launching our astronauts into space and returning them to the space station on americanlaunched vehicles. So its a wonderful moment. I want to offer you the opportunity to comment on it, if you would like. Yes. Lou, i mean, its about time, and i give full credit to Jim Bridenstine whos working so hard at this. I mean, visionaries like musk who i disagree with on other issues, but certainly this partnership is fantastic, and im grateful to see america trying to reassert itself in the space program. For too long weve kind of given up on that program, and its, it is really critical. We give so much science, technology and development from that program, it is important that we be a leader there. Good time. It is a good time. Lou absolutely. And, speaking of leaders, President Trump deserves immense credit for being bold enough to say pointblank, were on our way not only to the moon, but mars. Yeah. Lou and funding, funding the agency that had been deprived under two president s, in my opinion shamelessly so. But this is a good news story, and we dont want to go over the rascals who are responsible for our pause in the space program. No pa pause in the no pause in the rosenstein testimony today. He was, i think perhaps, taken aback at various point by some close questioning by the chairman, Lindsey Graham. No surprise there, but then mazie hirono, senator hirono, going after him on whether or not he was serious about that wire. I mean, that surprised me. How about you . Well, the source surprised me, and with the strength that she came at it surprised me a bit. But i expected him to answer just like, as he did because, you know, lou, you and i have been following this for a long time, and theres just not a whole lot of trust that we can have in any of those folks, is there . Because, i mean, he says, oh, i was just joking, or he basically denied today that hed ever said anything like that. But theres all kinds of sources that contradict that. Youve got people saying hes a liar, hes you know, people are saying that, andy mccabe being one of them, hes a confessed liar, a proven liar. So its a total mess going on there. But it all points to one thing, this was an orchestrated, conspiratorial coup attempt by Rod Rosenstein, james comey, clapper, brennan, strzok, page and andy mccabe. They were the ringleaders pushing this thing around. Lou and they had a lot of help on capitol hill from the radical departments, too, and the deep state throughout the executive branch. This is straightforward. And attorney general william barr seems to be pushing this toward a conclusion. Whether its going to be a conclusion that is satisfying or appropriately holding these sordid officials who are politically corrupt accountable, well see. But we have high hopes, how about you . Yeah, i remain optimistic on that. But i tell you what, as time goes by, i get a little bit less so. And i get constituents who call me every week still saying when will justice be done here . Lou, were not talking about people just sitting around telling jokes, were talking about people opening up investigations, manipulating the fisa process. Were talking about real acts that we have real evidence for, and nothings happened to them. You and i both would be going to jail wed probably be sitting in jail in an orange jumpsuit right now if wed done the same thing. Lou and you were part of an amicus brief, part of the sullivan case on general flynn. Its become the sullivan case we his outrageous conduct and decisions. When do you expect resolution, and what kind of resolution do you expect . Well, im hoping that the Appellate Court is going to smack him down for his kind of digging in and taking the his position to the nth degree. And i think im hoping, im hoping that well get a decision sooner rather than later. This is highly unusual, quite frankly, that a judge would not capitulate to the Appellate Court and to the prosecutor who wants the case dismissed. And for him to dig his heels in is just absolutely, frankly, its unprecedented in my time. Lou and unprecedented, i think, at any time because the department of justice has reais certed itself here reasserted itself not only with a motion to dismiss, but coming back with all guns blazing. It is good to see them demanding the nonsense by judge Emmet Sullivan end and the and put the rights of general flynn who has been framed and tortured in the prosecution system whether by the fbi, whether by special counsel, you name it, for three years. So it is a wonderful conclusion. You get the last word here. Yeah. Id say sidney powell, thank god for her. Shes done a great job. Tom fitton, you, lou. These have done a people have done a great job pushing this thing because general flynn really was this was an orchestrated setup against general flynn, and that is also unprecedented. So weve seen so much that weve got to put an end to, lou, and justice has got to come through. Lou and president obama has much to answer for because of the role of his intelligence chiefs and the corrupt, politically corrupt fbi and department of justice. We thank you so much. Andy biggs, congressman, we appreciate it. Well, breaking news now, as i had indicated at the outset of the broadcast, former president Barack Obama Joining a virtual town hall. Its hosted by a program under the umbrella of the Obama Foundation to take up what is being style as reimagined policing. Reports that president obamas expected to further discuss recent protests a i across the country across the country and will be are critical of President Trumps leadership. President obama speaking now, and were going to be listening to him in just a moment. Here is the president. Nephews and nieces. I see limitless potential that deserves to flourish and thrive, and you should be able to learn and make mistakes and live a life of joy without having to worry about whats going to happen when you walk to the store or go for a jog or driving down the street or looking at some birds in a park. And so i hope that you also feel hopeful even as you may feel angry, because you have the power to make things better, and you have helped to make the entire country feel as if this is something thats got to change. Youve communicated a sense of urgency that is as powerful and as transformative as anything that ive seen in recent years. I want to acknowledge the folks in Law Enforcement that share the goals of reimagining lou well, were going to follow the former president s words as the evening progresses. Well take that up when we continue after this quick break. And despite Rod Rosensteins role in obamagate, republican senators today were heaping praise on him. Why is that in we take it up with Judicial Watch president tom fitton. The maybe he can explain that. I sure hope so. Stick with us, or well be right back. I know that every single time that i suit up, there is a chance that thats the last time. 300 miles an hour, thats where i feel normal. I might be crazy but im not stupid. For those who were born to ride, theres progressive. Lou during Rod Rosensteins testimony today, republican senators were gushing, complimentary as they could be at Rod Rosenstein despite his role until obamagate. Listen to them. Mr. Rosenstein the, i know youve dedicated your, almost your entire adult life to serving at the department of justice, and i know you love and revere that institution and the people that work there. And rightly so. Thank you, mr. Rosenstein, for your service. You were complicit in the wrongdoing, which i dont believe was the case. Ive always found you to be an honest man, and i dont think you were part of any conspiracy to get the president. Lou well, my goodness, they were just taking up his time, werent they . Well find out what tom fitton thinks, the president of Judicial Watch joining us now. Tom, that was a wonderful, warm moment in Committee Hearing history, budget wasnt it . Yeah. You could tell those senators didnt consult with me before questioning mr. Rosenstein. You know, look, he turned over the Justice Department to the president s political enemies to misuse against him and other innocents. He defended the indefensible today. He knew we all know now that the Flynn Investigation was corrupted, and it was corrupted during the mueller operation. Yet he continued to defend the mueller operation, and specifically he was involved with the targeting of the president. I have the document, Judicial Watch uncovered, actually the democrat asked him about it, didnt follow up on it. This is what Andrew Mccabe wrote about a meeting he had with the Deputy Attorney general, mr. Rosenstein. As our conversation continued, mr. Rosenstein proposed he could potentially wear a recording device into the oval office to collect additional evidence on the president s true intentions. He said he thought it might be possible because he was not searched when he entered the white house. I told him i would discuss the opportunity with my Investigative Team and get back to him. Of course it happened. You had the Deputy Attorney general of the United States talking to Andrew Mccabe, the top fbi official at the time, about wearing a wire and spying on the president the oval office . The same document, more documents we have from rosensteins own emails show that conversation about the 25th amendment took place. And, of course, all part of that discussion was mueller. So the coup was about wearing a wire, invoking the 25th and appointing a counsel. And the special counsel was appointed, thats for sure. Lou well, you know, Rod Rosenstein is i such a nice fellow is such a nice fellow, and he has very personally, ive met him once or twice. [laughter] lou im, im just saying. Wanted you to hear what he had to say about the fbi and the department of justice. Our Law Enforcement agencies are filled with men and women who act with integrity. It would have been preferable, senator, to have a more politicallydiverse group, but if they followed the rules, their political ideology wouldnt matter. Im fairly confident that the political bias did not enter into that investigation. Lou so there you are. Nothing there. According to Rod Rosenstein. No wonder everybodys gushing over him. Your thoughts. Well, the i. G. Wasnt confident, lou. I mean, he suggested that strzoks Decision Making that stifled the investigation into the wiener laptop and the emails while targeting trump was political. He couldnt rule it out. And, of course, they caught strzok and page with these political texts, and they were secretly removed from the mueller operation. And that was held back from congress for four months. Rosenstein says that, you know, they were monitoring mueller, they knew everything he was up to. Then whos responsible for it, if not him . You cant have your cake and eat it too. And i appreciate the senates finally getting at least someone to testify, but why hasnt mr. Rosenstein testified before a grand jury . Certainly as a witness. My gosh. And then he signed on to this fisa warrant that was withdrawn by the Justice Department as being invalid. He was utterly responsible for everything that went on, and he had no excuse. When you look at that fisa warrant, you could see it was junk. They were targeting President Trump, and he just rubber stamped it. And given the other discussions lou [inaudible] yeah. You know lou sorry, go ahead. And given the other discussions he was having, lou, as documented with mccabe and company, you can see why he didnt care one wit whether the president was being spy on by these crazies in the fbi, strzok, page and mccabe what a nightmare lou it could be what a nightmare. Comey at least lou you would include comey in that, right . Yeah. And comey leaked material in order to get rosenstein to hire mueller, or to hire or a special counsel general. Is so youve got this criminal activity by the outgoing fbi director, rosensteins response is to lets investigate trump. Lou well the dont tell me he wasnt antitrump. He certainly sounds like it. Lou you wont hear that from me, tom, i assure you. And i was expecting today to see that Hillary Clinton was testifying under oath to one of your attorneys at Judicial Watch. What happened . No, she wasnt testifying. She was appealing having to testify under oath. Her attorney was in court yesterday arguing as Hillary Clintons lawyer. There were three judges hearing the case. One of the judges was very aggressive in questioning her lawyer, but we our lawyer, but we held our ground. The Justice Department also made an appearance, lou. And you know what the Justice Department said to the court yesterday . Were just lou scare me. We just want to, we just want to put it behind us. Lou is that not amazing . Do you remember when the Justice Department on behalf of [inaudible conversations] lou yep. I can remember vividly when President Trump sometimes looked chagrined when at rallies in 2016 they were, there were chants at his rallies occasionally of lock her up, and and he always looked, as i said, chagrined. And i think he came into office thinking that he could be friends with the loyal opposition. And i have to say if any president should understand clearly what the Democratic Party has become, one would think it would be mr. Trump. What do you expect to happen now . In the clinton case . Well, the courts going to decide whether or not to carve out an exception to the rule of law again for her. I hope the Court Declines to do so. She ought to testify. I dont want her specifically targeted, i just want the rule of law to prevail. I want a real investigation to take place. I want the emails to be turned over, and were not getting much help from the doj and state department on that. Lou yeah. It is disappointing to hear that the state department and doj are not supportive of equal application of law. Right. Lou thats deeply frustrating. Tom fitton, great to see you. We thank you so much and, as always, i want to point out we thank you as well for all that Judicial Watch stands for and does for this country. Thank you. Up next, defense secretary mark esper undercuts the president of the United States in public. Kt mcfar joins us next. Well be mcfarland joins us next. Stay with us, were coming right effortless is the lincoln way. So as you head back out on the road, well be doing what we do best. Providing some calm amidst the chaos. We walk three to five times a week, a couple miles at a time. Weve both been taking prevagen for a little more than 11 years now. After about 30 days of taking it, we noticed clarity that we didnt notice before. Its still helping me. I still notice a difference. Prevagen. Healthier brain. Better life. Lou well, what does the future hold for defense secretary mark esper . Thats the question tonight. Espered today undermining the commander in chief on national security. Take a look and a listen to what the defense secretary today said. The option to use active duty forces in a Law Enforcement role should only be used as a matter of last resort and only in the most urgent and dire of situations. We are not in one of those situations now. I do not support invoking the insurrection act. Lou the defense secretary also telling nbc news last night he didnt know where he was going when he walked with the president to st. Johns president monday evening with the president. But today he backtracked, saying he did know he was where he was going, but he didnt know what was going to happen when he got there and styled it, again, as a photo opportunity. Unbelievable. Joining me tonight is kt mcfarland, former Deputy National security adviser to President Trump, author of the new book, revolution trump, washington and we, the people. Kt, the president having a little trouble with defense secretaries. I do not understand why the defense establishment, the military in this country doesnt understand the chain of the command and propriety of their comments in public. Your thoughts. Yeah, theyre really two big problems here. One, the secretary of defense. This is not his choice whether to invoke the insurrection act. Hes to give advice to the president in private, the president rejected rejects or accepts. Any cabinet officer feels so strongly about the add vice not being take, he can resign. I think it was a huge mistake on this issue. But the second thing is President Trump never said im going to invoke the insurrection act. What did he say . He said if the governors and the mayors dont get their act together and protect their people, then i have an option. I could do that. Theres a lot of difference between saying i have an option, you guys get your act together than saying im about to send the marines into minneapolis. Lou yes. And if, indeed, these democraticrun cities were to continue their decision of strategic patience and to withhold enforcement of the law and maintenance of order in those cities, the American People would be screaming at this president to bring in the to use the insurrection act because, in point of fact, this has been over the course of ten days, i mean, at various points it looked like it was rising to that level because some of these governors, some of these mayors many of them, i should say were behaving unconscionably in all just abject disregard for property rights, the lives of their citizens. You know, politically theyre being fools about this. In 1968 there was unrest around American Cities after Martin Luther king was a assassinated lou i remember it well with. Well, you and i are both of the age that we do. What happened . At the Democratic Convention in chicago in 968 in the summer, there was such massive violence in the streets that it only served to do one thing, it elected Richard Nixon president. Because he was perceived as the law and order president , the guy who was going to get america safe again. It was not an accident that when donald trump spoke the other night he said im your law and order president. If youre going to trust anybody to keep law and order, Donald Trumps the guy. Not some mayors and governors who seem to be throwing up their hands every time a brick goes through a glass window and looters jump in. Lou you know, im just deeply concerned about something, and that is and i am watching it very carefully because its just, it happens repeatedly whether its a cabinet secretary but particularly a defense secretary who has the chutzpah and the disregard for the chain of command that is, frankly, an offense against the commander in chief to undercut him in public and to carry on a debate in which he has no part, as you say, is stunning to me. But he is not the only one to have done so. Your thoughts, kt . Or did we just lose you . That large yelloworange i should say orange flash, i apologize to you, we have lost the satellite or something. My regrets, and we will continue. Kt mcfarland with us, my apologies to her as well. Up next, the American People increasingly say china poses a major threat to the United States. Gatestone institutes asia expert gordon chang joins me next. Stay with us, well be right back. At mercedesbenz, nothing less than worldclass service will do. Thats why were expanding your range of choices. So, whether you visit your local dealer or prefer the comfort of home you can count on the very highest level of service. Get 0 apr financing up to 36 months on most models, and 90day firstpayment deferral on any model. Lou a new Pew Research Survey finds nearly twothirds of americans now see china as a major threat to the United States, 62 of americans say china is is a major threat. Thats up 14 points from two years ago. The data taken from surveys pew has conducted from march to may during the height of the china virus pandemic. President trump today once again saying china could have stopped that pandemic instead of covering it up. Im not excited about anything with respect to china right now because of what happened. They could have, they could have sealed it, they could have closed it off a. It came out of wuhan. Why it that it didnt go to china, but it went to the rest of the world . It went to europe, it went to the world, it went to the United States. Came out of but it didnt go to beijing, other parts of china. Whats that all about . How come they let it go out into the world, but they didnt let it go to china . Thats a strange deal going on there. Lou a little strange deal. That is trump speak for a big deal. Joining us tonight to take all of this up is gordon chang, columnist, author and senior fellow at the gatestone institute. Gordon, good to have you with us. The president is, obviously, more than just a little frustrate thed with shi xi jinping frustrated with xi jinping. We now hear the president saying hes going to cut off china aircraft and air carriers from coming to the United States in response to china not agreeing to the resumption of our carriers entering china. What do you see is happening right now . Because this seems to be increasingly a tense, tense moment. Well, its very important for President Trumps Transportation Department to do this. And the reason, lou, is this is reciprocity. This is just very simple and basic. China has violated its air carriers agreement with the United States. Theyve been doing that for months now. And, clearly, we had to react. So this is a great moment because previous president s would have just sort of ignored this as they ignored other types of issues. So good for President Trump. Hes actually defending the american carriers, hes defending the american economy. Lou is and increasingly and increasingly, the chinese are insulting him, ridiculously so, and he is putting up with it to this point, threatening the United States as well. And clearly, theres a very large question about whether the socalled phase one, the historic trade deal the president negotiated with xi jinping, if itll be, amount to anything based on the conduct and the demeanor of the communist chinese government. Well, lou are, last week we learned that beijing ordered state enterprises not to buy soybeans and pork from american farmers. Now, even before that announcement beijing was well behind in its purchases of u. S. Agricultural products as laid out in the phase one trade deal. So it wasnt very, it wasnt very viable then. And last week beijing basically killed the deal. Now, we can sort of rescue it, but this is going to be a very difficult process Going Forward. Lou yes. And i do want to point out that the chinese did put in a huge order for soybeans. As a matter of fact, yesterday soybeans was the only green on the chicago board of commodities. It was an impressive order. But as you, as you correctly state, they are well behind their promises. And it looks like its not an stent that theyre lagging an accident that theyre lacking. It looks like the beginning of an extrication from that treaty. There also seems to be then a reciprocity required of escalation because that is what the chinese are doing, and they continue to, this bellicose nonsense. Its very difficult to imagine this not worsening and worsening to a dangerous levelful your thoughts. Yeah. Over the weekend we heard the global times, which is a communist party publication, press the foreign ministry, start to troll the United States in the most vicious language possible. And also they were just plain out and out lying about a number of different things. So this shows a maligned view and hostility on behalf of the communist party towards the United States. And after the George Floyd Protests are over and after things become calm again, we americans are going to remember what china did when they thought that we were down. Basically, beijing is going after the Trump Administration with everything that its got. Its going for broke. Nsto remember what happened. Ve and we will have to know what to do Going Forward to defend ourselves. And im very glad that weve got a president who is willing to defend the american republic. Lou yes. And i think he is prepared to go well beyond that. And as you say, the chinese going for broke, well, the communist chinese well may learn the meaning of broke if they continue to threaten the United States. Gordon chang, as always, great to have you with us. Thanks so much. We continue this broadcast in just a few moments, a few words from our commercial sponsors, and well be right back. Mug. Lou Judicial Watch president tom fitton with us tonight. And he rejected out right former Deputy Attorney general Rod Rosensteins claims today that he never brought up wearing a wire to spy on President Trump in the white house. You had the Deputy Attorney general of the United States talking to Andrew Mccabe, the top fbi official at the time about wearing a wire and spying on the president in the oval office .
