The watchdog found also that the fbi misled the fisa court by suppressing information about how farfetched the antitrump steele dossier was. How the Clinton Campaign got it and likely leaked it. How fusion gps paid Christopher Steele to talk about it and discuss it with the media and much much more. Lets take you to impeachment. More fireworks at the house judiciary hearing today. The media now says the democrat case not ready. Democrats are quote rushing into failure as now house judiciary chair jerry nadler joins pelosi and schiff saying President Trump must be impeached or the 2020 election will be undermined. And more credibility problems. We found yet another democrat key expert, mentioned about 20 times in the impeachment report, he said that trump should be impeached. He said that on Inauguration Day. We have more republicans now saying two thirds of the house judiciary democrats had already voted to move forward on impeachment even before nancy pelosi announced the inquiry. Nancy pelosi Strong Economy after that solid november jobs report. We have that fight. Joe biden now blaming his own staff for not telling him about his conflicts of interest involving his son hunter at the Ukraine Energy company. Joe biden still claims he has not looked into those conflicts, claims he doesnt know what hunter was doing but still says the government should trust hunter and not investigate. Thanks for joining us. Im elizabeth macdonald. The evening edit starts right now. Elizabeth thanks for watching. You are watching the fox business network. First up, trouble ahead for the fbi. Ag william barr, u. S. Prosecutor john durham is conducting the criminal probe of the probe. They are pushing back against the doj watchdog finding that the fbi had adequate reason to open a probe of the Trump Campaign. Fox news is on capitol hill with more. Great to see you. Great to see you, liz. Here on the hill, the release of in fisa report today has been a tale of two tales, reaction from democrat and republican lawmakers has been contradictory, opposing in terms of what is in report, what its findings are and what those findings mean for the future of impeachment inquiry. The key take away for democrats is that the report finds no evidence of fbi political bias against President Trump. Take a listen to Senate Minority leader chuck schumer. This report conclusively debunks the baseless conspiracy that the investigation into mr. Trumps campaign and its ties to russia originated with political bias. Now the key take away for House Republicans is that the fbi made a major mistake in the fisa process. The report finding major fisa process errors and even what some are calling abusive by the fbi. Take a listen to senator lindsay graham. The system not only got off the rails, but in my view became a criminal enterprise, to defraud the fisa court, to deny american citizen carter pages constitutional rights, and to continue an operation against President Trump as president of the United States. I think whats fundamentally flawed and unlawful. Now some republicans are going yet another step further saying these process mistakes by the fbi undermine and delegitimize the entire report. Heres republican mark meadows. The president was correct when he talked about the fbi spying on the Trump Campaign. We see systemic failures over and over again, intentional failures. Now, were hearing from key intelligence sources that republicans on the committee are considering calling for chairman schiffs resignation. They believe schiff knew of the obama administrations fisa abuses in 2016, but failed to take action. Thus violating his oversight responsibilities. Now, liz, well get an opportunity hopefully to hear a lot more from the Inspector General himself on this report on wednesday, when he testifies about this report and the investigation that went on for months and the evidence behind it. Liz . Liz great to see you, gillian. Thank you for your reporting. Lets talk with former federal prosecutor doug burns. Great to see you good to see you. Liz the doj watchdog confirming, said repeatedly in the report shockingly low threshold to launch an Espionage Campaign of a political opponent. I said that last week. It shows you the same broken record point which is the interplay between criminal law and investigations and political sound bites. The sound bites are oh my god they said that it was factually warranted, thats it. It is a game show answer. No. Its a low threshold. And thats why that part of the report comes out that way. Again, were going to see a somewhat tedious process, half full, half empty glass, but the reality is there are Something Like liz lets show it. Errors and omissions. By the way, the fisa court, is that perjury if you mislead them . It is if it is done intentionally with full knowledge that the information being presented is false. Liz lets show this. Heres what the doj ig found. It shows how easy it is to hide from the fisa court, how a political opponent can get it started, is bankrolling it, as you pointed out, doug, 17 failures. What really stuck out was that the fbi omitted that steeles reporting was going to the Clinton Campaign, that steele was paid by fusion gps to talk about the antitrump steele dossier with the media. As an overgeneralized proposition tonight, since the report came out, midday today, obviously, the point of the matter is that the first blush take away is this big political sound bite. You see that, the trump wild conspiracy theories have been debunked but the reality is when you drill into the 17 and go through them carefully, it will be interesting because theres a lot of material about how information wasnt presented fairly to the fisa court. Liz even james comey as of may 2017 said that it was not corroborated. He testified that; right . They brought him by the way. Again, politics, criminal law, doesnt mix. But i think, you know, i read the executive summary which is Something Like 20 pages. Okay . And by the way, heres a little comedy point. You know, when the Mueller Report came out, everybody was foaming at the mouth, he summarized it wrong. Maybe the executive summary is wrong. Who knows. Liz thats interesting. Need to look at the whole report. Liz heres the thing, the fusion gps guys wrote a book. As we have been reporting, they admitted in their book that the antitrump dossier was doubtful, not a finished product, a lot of claims were dubious, couldnt be proven. You had all this going on, the antitrump Text Messages between lisa page and peter strzok. You had a fisa application that was doctored by kevin klinesmith. Yes. Liz we still dont know who else had surveillance. Nbc reporting that the carter page fisa warrant, you could do two or three hops to another person. As i told you last week, you know, immediately characterized as a low level staffer made an error. You know, the word error is intentional. Either it is an error or he did it on purpose. Hes a lawyer, by the way. Again, these political sound bites over and over. But it is going to be very very interesting to actually see in a little more defail what the conclusions. By the way, theres a sound bite, you know, from the right, lets call it like it is, which is wait a minute, bill barr and john durham are going to analyze this potentially differently. By the way, it is valid to note the distinction between the Inspector General who doesnt have prosecutorial authority. People throw that around like a political sound bite. But the reality is durham does. The ig doesnt. Ri liz right. You wonder how much does president obama know. When we read through it and dig into it, the question keeps being brought up, why didnt the fbi say to the Trump Campaign hey youve got problematic staffers, fire them. Would they have warned given a heads up to president obama . Thank you for reminding of that point. You have heard that a lot. To a trial lawyer, thats a big point and a big inference. Wait a minute, if you were legitimately concerned about the effect of the Trump Campaign, you would have debriefed and told the campaign. This insinuates, implies, set up the inference that they were doing it for a different reason. Liz would they have given a heads up to the democrats . I think so. The shoe on the other foot, the double standards. Everything with humans is rationalization and agendas. The point is if you want to get the warrant, then maybe you do kind of, you know, not front certain information. If you dont want to get it, then you dont do that. I mean, thats just human beings. Liz yeah, doug burns, you are great. Thank you. Liz you nailed it. You called it. A lot of what you said came to pass. Good to see you. Thank you. Liz paul volker the former Federal Reserve chair has passed away at age 92. He defeated soaring u. S. Inflation in the 80s. It was around 15 . You came back liz welcome back. A lot of fireworks at the house judiciary hearing today. Edward lawrence joins us with more from washington. Edward . Hi, liz. Fireworks from the beginning of the hearing. Republicans going after Judiciary Committee chairman for being biased, pointing out that jerry nadler, representative nadler decided on impeachment basically the moment President Donald Trump won the election. The hearing gets heated. This is not appropriate to have a witness of somebody that was a witness when he was. Gentleman will its just wrong. Democrats laying out the case through the Intelligence Committee attorney that the president tried to force ukraine into announcing investigations into a Company Connected with hunter biden in exchange for a meeting at the white house and military aid. Republicans say no connection was ever made. Then wondering why representative adam schiff is hiding behind staff and not making the case for himself before the Judiciary Committee. My only question is, wheres adam . Is that the best we have . That he has to hide behind a very good confident lawyer to come out and make his case . The schiff report says the schiff report, not the golden report, not anybody elses report. Democrats holding firm saying republicans know the president was wrong. They know theyre dealing with a bully. They know the primary response is they deviate one iota to do the right thing on behalf of this country, that they will be attacked and that their seats are at risk. For me as much as i love being in congress, my integrity is way more important than that. It seems likely articles of impeachment will be written against President Donald Trump. Back to you, liz. Liz edward lawrence, thank you very much. The house impeachment push, house judiciary chair jerry nadler had warned in 98 in the impeachment of bill clinton that impeachment quote must never be a narrowly voted impeachment or it would lack legitimacy, produce divisiveness and bitterness for years to come. Lets bring in pennsylvania republican. Hes a member of the house judiciary. Great to see you, sir. Your reaction to todays hearing . Thanks for having me on. I appreciate it. Todays hearing is just a continuation of this sham impeachment. The democrats from day one of President Trump getting elected wanted to undo the will of the people, in the 2016 election. And they cannot make out any underlying crime here. This has been railroaded through. Its thin. Its weak. It is all for political gain. Liz you know, the polls indicate that voters indicate that voters feel the president ran through the red light, shouldnt have done it, was inappropriate, but is it an Impeachable Offense . Thats the debate. Politico saying House Democrats trying to accomplish over the next two weeks what it would take an entire congress to achieve. Washington post saying the democrats are rushing to failure. Axios noting impeachment is helping trump in three battleground states. And Washington Post reports that the support for impeachment actually fell during the hearing. Your take on that . They did. We can see in the swing states, pennsylvania, wisconsin, michigan, trump is now leading in the polls on any major democrat challenger. So this is really backfired on them. And if you look at the congressional seat, what we call the battlegrounds, seats that democrats hold that President Trump won, the republican challengers moving up in the polls. So the democrats have cheerily overplayed their so the democrats have clearly overplayed their hand. We have to remember, the more they are talking about impeachment, the more we are not talking about the far left radical agenda, like banning airplanes, giving all Illegal Immigrants free healthcare. We are disguising their real agenda. They are politically benefitting from this but still falling in the polls. Liz one of the impeachment reports key sources, harvard law schools is cited more than 20 times in the impeachment report, argued for impeachment in december 2016. He tweeted on Inauguration Day impeachment proceedings should begin. Heres republican jim jordan pointing out that a majority of the house judiciary the democrats on the house judiciary had voted for impeachment even before pelosi had okayed the inquiry. Watch this. Pelosi announced the impeachment inquiry ten weeks ago on september 24th. Before the call between President Trump and president zelensky on july 25th, before the mueller hearing in front of this committee on july 24th. Before all that, 16 of them had already voted to move forward on impeachment. Liz then we have this, house judiciary the impeachment report says you can impeach a president based on [inaudible]. The question is whether the president s real reasons, the one in his mind at the time were legitimate. Lets show the viewer that poll quote. I want to get the congressmans reaction. Your reaction to that . Well, weve got to remember that representative tlaib i believe before she was sworn in january said we have to impeach. We have representative green who said just in may that they have to move forward with impeachment or else he, the president , is going to win reelection. Lets not be fooled. They have wanted to impeach this president since the day he got elected and they will stop at nothing to do it. Liz al green said theres no limit to how many times the house can bring impeachment proceedings. To your point without learning the lessons they should be learning now, thats that the American People know theres an election in less than a year. Were wasting all this time on impeachment. The Democrat Poll numbers are falling because they want us to do things like usmca, other free trade agreements. They want us to lower the cost of prescription drugs and it would be nice if we had an infrastructure package, but we cant because were wasting our time on this. Liz jerry nadler says if the Senate Acquits President Trump, jerry nadler says he does not know the 2020 election will be fair, saying it could be undercut. Nancy pelosi has already attacked the legitimacy of 2020. Saying the integrity of the next election is still at risk. Adam schiff has says the same type of language. Your reaction of this 2020 is still at risk. Whats your take on that . They are grasping at straws. They are trying to take away the fact that adam schiff took privileged information, another members phone number and exposed it and leased released records from a phone call. Thats a clear violation of integrity. Liz congressman, great to see you. Come back soon. Thanks for having me on. Liz still ahead joe biden in a new interview now blames his own staff for not telling him about his own conflicts of interest involving his son hunter on the board of the Ukraine Energy company. Joe biden claims he has not looked into these conflicts, claims he does not know what hunter was doing but still says we should trust hunter and that the government should not investigate. Just fill and chill. Liz welcome back. Were coming into the bottom of the hour. Youre watching the fox business network. Republican senator Lindsey Graham calling for the suspension of military training with saudi arabia after a member of a Royal Saudi Air force, he was training at the Naval Air Station in pensacola, he gunned down three aspiring u. S. Aviators. Heres what the senator said. Watch. They need to suspend the Saudi Program until we find out what happened here. I like the idea of Training Foreign pilots understanding how the american system works. I like allies. Saudi arabia is an ally, but theres something really bad here, fundamentally, we need to slow this program down and reevaluate. Liz with me now is robert charles, a former assistant secretary of state under president george w. Bush. Great to see you, sir. Your reaction . Well, liz, i think that the senator is exactly right. You do suspend a program when you have an issue like this, and you go back. It all goes back to vetting. You vet the ones again. You triple vet them that are here, making sure that everything is right, and then you go back to the source of the vetting, and you check it. We had an incident like this in 2003, in kosovo. There was a Jordanian National who shot unfortunately a number of people. It leads you back to vetting. The senator is right. You have to check. We train not only aviators but military personnel from all over the world. They are a great force multiplier for us. They are good for america, but one bad apple can create a terrible tragedy and thats what happened here. Liz investigators are probing whether the shooter acted alone or within a network. Ron desantis calls the shooter somebody with deep hatred to the u. S. Which should have been voted by both the american and saudi military. Your thoughts on that . I think the governor again is also right. I mean you have to it all comes back to vetting. You know, maybe one of the things were learning here is someone can start out one way and end up another way. They can be radicalized. Thats something that i guess we have to be not only in a oneoff, you know, chance to look at that right at the beginning with vetting, but maybe in a continuous way, to make sure theres nothing bad happening behind the curtain. It is unfortunate. There are also tens of thousands of foreign nationals here in this country getting training and theres nothing like that happening with them. Liz didnt we hear from the 9 11 Commission Report that one of the terrorists got Pilot Training here in the u. S. . Actually more than one, and they were saudis. That is a significant link, and i think it means that with particular countries, where you know there may be a propensity or a predisposition for people to try to penetrate the system, with bad motives, you have to go back to that process and make sure that from a psychological, from a recordkeeping, from a monitoring perspective, you are constantly aware of who is coming here to this country. It would be the least likely person to suspect someone in a Foreign Military ally who is an aviator, but, you know, these things happen, and the bad guys are always look for our weak spots. Liz now arrests in hong kong. We have protests there. About 6,000 reportedly arrested. Hong kongs democracy protesters poured into the streets in recent days. Robert, it was the largest mass rally in months. They are still calling on the citys pro beijing leaders to make concessions. Your reaction to that . I think this is time for concessions. Congress of the United States with one outlier voted almost unanimously to support the Hong Kong Freedom fighters or hong kong people who are seeking freedom and the sustainment of that 1997 agreement. The president signed that. President trump in a sense took a page i think from Ronald Reagan and supported liberty as a human right in this situation. You know, there is a winwin here, and you always look for the winwin. The winwin is for china to say look, rather than let this get out of hand, rather than having to crack down in a vicious way, which would cause the world to recoil and might even ignite things inside china, instead, come to an accord that is consistent with the law and human rights and allow hong kong to go its proper and different way and then get on with your trade deal so that you can get the benefits economically and also politically. I mean, that is the answer to this problem. The longer we wait, the harder it is for china to turn the ship and ultimately time is not on chinas side. Liz robert charles, thank you very much for joining us. Appreciate it. Always, thank you. Liz next up, nancy pelosi still trying to throw shade on a strong november jobs report. Liz breaking news, this just coming in, apple told a federal court it has, quote, deep concerns that two chinese born former workers are accused of stealing trade secrets from apple. They might flee. Theyre a flight risk before their trials, if their locations are not monitored. Thats what apple is saying. Were going to keep you posted on this developing story. Remember the powerful november jobs report . Did you see this . In the next election, our planet. On the balance Budget Amendment is basically going to be were going to maybe i hope it is not true, but were likely to inherit a recession or at least a significant economic slowdown. Liz nancy pelosi said, quote, civilization is at stake if President Trump wins the election. Okay. Jobs report, 266,000 the november jobs report. Blew away the top end of expectations. Lets bring my next guest, Heritage Foundation Senior Writer kelsey bullard. Great to see you. Your reaction to all this . There are certain issues that shouldnt be partisan. A Strong Economy is certainly one of them. But unfortunately this has become a partisan issue because theres such a stark difference between the economic policies that youre seeing from the trump administration, versus what liberal democrats are calling for, which is really they want to turn the flip over the entire economy, and its really strange, you know, you have to wonder why they are asking to do that, when we have such a Strong Economy thats working so well, particularly for the working class. Theyre seeing so many more job openings and they are also seeing increased wages, which is so important and part of the reason why heading into the holiday season, were seeing such strong consumer spending. Liz heres Nancy Pelosis Office Putting out this statement on the jobs report, quote, despite some encouraging numbers, the jobs report offers little solace to the farmers and hardworking families. Were looking at the numbers, kelsey. We see working class and bluecollar worker wages rising at much faster rates than every other category. Right. And that would completely go backwards if a democrat came into office. But again, you know, Strong Economy shouldnt be a partisan issue, and certainly democrats are preventing this economy from growing further, by holding up the usmca trade agreement. Instead theyre choosing to focus on investigations and impeachment hearings, and so if they really want to contribute to the Economic Growth that were seeing, they really should get back to work and start passing legislation. Liz i want to move on because by the way, more than 7 million jobs created under this president. Thats nearly apreaching the size of the population approaching the size of the population of arizona. Bloomberg economics forecasting by 2020 election day jobless rate will be at 1952 lows. I want to get on with whats going on with joe biden. Joe biden is blaming his own staff for not telling him about his own conflicts of interest with his son hunter, sitting on the board of the Ukraine Energy company. Biden oversaw ukraine under the obama administration. Biden is claiming hes not looked into these conflicts of interest involving hunter, doesnt know what hunter was doing, even though hunter reportedly told his dad what he was doing. Joe biden saying we should trust hunter biden and not investigate. Whats your reaction to all of this . This is incredibly strange because joe biden has been saying that theres nothing to see there with hunter biden, and yet now hes turning around and blaming his staff for not telling him about the conflicts of interest between his business dealings with the Ukrainian Energy company . Now, if hes blaming this on his staff, then you have to think that he sees that there was a conflict of interest here and its problematic. So i think were getting really mixed messages from joe biden, but certainly i think any average american looking at his sons business dealings, you know, in ukraine sees that there is certainly something problematic, some conflict of interest there. Liz you know, joe biden, his staff should advise him to be careful what he says to the press because anything he says could be brought up in a Senate Impeachment trial if it goes there. Hunter biden admitting in an interview he was wrong. He made a mistake. Heres a question, why didnt republicans investigate hunter biden four years ago . Thats a good question, and that might be exactly why President Trump is turning around and trying to investigate it now. I think if this were a different situation, where it were President Trumps family members getting these very lucrative deals to sit on boards of these foreign businesses, biden and the rest of the democrats would be encouraging investigations, but instead, democrats because its President Trump, they want to impeach him simply on that desire. Liz kelsey bolar, great to see you. Come back soon. Great to be here. Liz turning to the border, Border Patrol announcing 42,600 people were arrested or turned away in november. This is the sixth straight month of declines. Remember, in may, basically arrests and detainments hit a 13year high. Fox news william la jeunesse joins us now from los angeles with more. William . Liz, legal or not, like it or not, the president S Immigration policies are doing what he promised. Apprehensions down 70 from six months ago. Why . Well, mexico is assuming a bigger burden on enforcement and sheltering Asylum Seekers there, not here, and thats eliminating the incentive for many to even attempt coming to the u. S. Its a crisis thats not manufactured. It is real. Without congressional action officials feared nothing could stem the flow of migrants fleeing violence and poverty in central america. Basically had no consequence that we can apply to that group. So, you know, we see these numbers continue to rise with the outdated laws that we currently have in place. But six months later, migrant apprehensions dropped, from 144,000 in may to just 43,000 last month. A lot of good things are happening with mexico. Why the drop . Well the end of catch and release. Agents say asylumseeking migrants now realize most will be deported to mexico while waiting for their court hearings. Given that, many stay home. The aclu calls the policy dangerous and illegal. The governments own record as the judge has pointed out shows that it is not safe in mexico. The a clu hopes ninth circuit judge rejects the policy and a Second Program that deports Asylum Seekers for failing to seek safety in other countries before coming to the u. S. Others simply hope to enter illegally. The evidence, this tunnel discovered last week in arizona. When we find a tunnel, we know were forcing these cartels into a desperation mode. And for us, thats almost a victory. So the bottom line is, migration is highly volatile. Numbers can turn on a dime, if the incentives or policies change. So if the courts reverse some of the president s policies, agents say those numbers could quickly head back up. Liz . Liz william, thank you for your reporting. Coming up, later in the show, we will dig deeper into all of this, with national Border Patrol Council Vice President is coming up. Also come up the fisa report is now entered into the official record of the house judiciary impeachment probe. More on that and what we have been reporting all along. How easy it is to hide that from the fisa court and about who is bankrolling that. We have a lot more show coming up. Lets be honest, quitting smoking is freaking hard. Liz lou dobbs joins us now with a preview of whats coming up on his show. Quite a day, lou. Lou quite a day, indeed it is. The ig report which is without question a whitewash the radical dems design to overthrow the president , could they be connected and who is behind it . We have leading governmental skeptic and judicial watchs president tom fenton with us, two of the best attorneys in the count country with their insights into fisa abuses and spy gate. Congressman mark meadows and scott perry are joining us on the hearings, what they mean, if anything, and what to expect next. Thats at the top of the hour. Back to you. Liz going to be a great show, lou, thank you very much. Good to see you. Joining me now is former fbi Deputy Assistant director danny colson. Danny, ag barr and prosecutor john durham now pushing back on the dojs watchdog, lou dobbs just reported it is a whitewash, basically the finding is the fbi had adequate reason to probe the Trump Campaign. Your reaction . I think im on the side of the ag here and mr. Durham. I find it very difficult to find a disconnect between those Text Messages with the intent to take action against trump and the same players went out and did things that were inappropriate. I dont know how you disconnect those two things. If thats not bias, im missing something. I have done a few investigations for the fbi, and i think it does reflect bias, and also have to remember that the United States attorney has a lot more authority, a lot more information than the ig has, and it will come out. Its going to be problematic, i think, if he indicts and then weve got Inspector General says theres no problem and he finds a problem and indicts people. Then you have the Inspector General being a witness for the defense in that case. It will be interesting. Liz the report found that the fbi officials misled the fisa court, john durham could accuse them of perjury. The watchdog confirming what you and i have been talking about, repeatedly citing, quote, the low threshold for the fbi to launch a probe into the Trump Campaign. How shockingly easy it is to justify espionage of a president ial opponent and how easy it is to hide how much a political opponent is bankrolling it. It is worse than we expected. Well, it is worse than i expected. But the threshold, liz, is not the problem. The threshold i believe is appropriate. Ive done a lot of these. What the problem is candor, is telling the truth. Remember, we have an oath that says tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We didnt get the whole truth here. We got we cherry picked. What we wanted to give to the court. We didnt give them things that are exculpatory or they didnt. Thats the problem. It is not the threshold. It is honesty. Liz the threshold, they can launch a probe based on if they think a National Security threat will occur. That feels pretty weak. The doj watchdog to your point found 17 serious failures and 17 errors and omissions. You know, and a lot of misleading going on of the fisa court. What really stood out was that Christopher Steele was paid by fusion gps to talk about his antitrump farfetched dossier to talk about it with the media. The Clinton Campaign got it. The Clinton Campaign dnc bankrolled it. You can bet they were leaking about it. Weve watched and you and i have talked about the media leaks about the doj ig report. Certainly the leaks were setting the narrative that did not capture what we are finding out today. Danny . Thats exactly right, but understand this, and this is really important. We have talked about this. The fbi knew it wasnt valid. They knew it was scurrilous. They knew it was specious. And they presented to it the court anyway. It goes back to it is not the legal threshold. It is honesty and telling the whole truth. That didnt occur here. It is going to be very interesting to see what happens with mr. Durham and his investigation. Liz you know whats really interesting fusion gps, they got there was a conduit, a law firm where the funding from the democrats to bankroll this file, this dossier was used to fight it, they could escape congressional inquiry because of attorneyclient privilege. I want to make your point is well taken about the bias at the fbi about President Trump. Lets show the text again between lisa page and peter strzok, at the same time, we had the former fbi attorney doctoring basically evidence to get a fisa renewal to basically dupe surveillance on carter page. Your reaction . I dont know how its not bias. I dont know how you disconnect between what they said, what they said they were going to do and their associate, this other lawyer, the associate of theirs, probably worked for lisa, i dont know how you not take that into consideration when you consider whether or not there was bias. Well know. Well know the answer to that because now we have whats essentially a criminal investigation with a grand jury and i believe cooperative witnesses that will prove that horowitzs report is not accurate. Liz you know the other thing too thats still unrevealed is the carter page surveillance warrant issued by the fisa court. Could have had two or three hops away from it. In other words, authority was used potentially to spy on other members of the Trump Campaign. Well, thats very significant because theres civil action available to mr. Page and the others. Its called a constitutional tort. They can sue those people individually for violating their 4th amendment rights, and i hope they do that. I hope we flesh that out, go after them, because what they did was wrong. We have all have a 4th amendment right not to be monitored without a warrant. They got a warrant fictitiously in my view. We will see how it plays out. Liz fisa courts are used to do surveillance of terrorists and foreign agents who are not subject to our constitution. When you point out a president ial campaign, you have constitutional issues; right . Yes, but the citizens we monitor have that constitutional protection. The others dont. Liz understand, danny, thank you very much. Always a pleasure. Liz the report about what Border Patrol is saying, the sixth straight monthly decline in arrests and apprehensions at the border. Remember this was a crisis that was out of control in may. It was at a 13year high arrests at the border in may. Its turned around. That story is next. Most people think of verizon as a reliable phone company. But to businesses, were a reliable partner. We Keep Companies ready for whats next. man we weave security into their business. second man virtualize their operations. Almost all of the fortune 500 partner with us. woman when it comes to digital transformation. Verizon keeps business ready. Cologuard colon cancer and older at average risk. Ive heard a lot of excuses to avoid screening for colon cancer. Im not worried. It doesnt run in my family. I can do it next year. No rush. Cologuard is the noninvasive option that finds 92 of colon cancers. You just get the kit in the mail, go to the bathroom, collect your sample, then ship it to the lab. Theres no excuse for waiting. Get screened. Ask your doctor if cologuard is right for you. Covered by medicare and most major insurers. Do you recall, not long ago we would walk on the sidewalk all around the wind blows we would only hold on to let go blow a kiss into the sun we need someone to lean on blow a kiss into the sun we needed somebody to lean on all we need is someone to lean on liz lets bring in national Border Patrol Vice President i said its times before at the beginning of the president ial term for President Trump, the numbers went down on his rhetoric alone. Now hes saying we are going to enforce the laws on the books. Hes just saying lets do what we should have been doing for years. In the tucson area the numbers are going up, which is the area where they have recently found a tunnel in nogales. Liz i want to get to the policies you just mentioned. Catch and release where Asylum Seekers came in and waited for their hearings. And doing what countries in europe, greece and canada do. You have got to wait for your hearing in the first country you enter. The up s. Got slammed for doing that. Other countries do it. Europe does it. President trump got slammed for that. There is a definite agenda by a group of individual that it doesnt matter whether the president is doing the right thick or not, they just want to criticize and attack him. They want to reel want to ree if their hatred for the president is another great as they think it is. Liz there is a lot of group think on this on the democrat side. 22 million illegals are already inside this country. This country does take care of up grants. Its pro immigration. The problem is, some criminal illegals attack immigrant communities. Thats bad. Isis moving to slap massive penalties and fines on hundreds of illegal aliens who defied judges deportation orders. Do you think there will be blockback on that . There is always blowback when we are doing the right thing you made the distinction between legal up grants and Illegal Immigrants. There is a huge difference. When you have individuals that have court orders that have imob through the process and they choose to laugh at our immigration laws. Something has to be done. We have to have consequences. What about the people who did it fairly following the law to come in legally, right . And they are waiting in line, still. You got all these other kids who get to cut in front. Thank you for having me. Thank you for having us in your homes. Lou dobbs is next. Thought he. Lou good evening, everybody. This is the day millions americans have been waiting for. Im not referring to what was yet another deadly impeachment farce of a hearing. Im referring to a long dayed Justice Department Inspector General report on the investigation of the fbis fraudulent applications for fisa Court Warrants on which they spied on the president ial campaign of donald trump, his Transition Team and his very presidency. Long delayed and hardly worth the wait. After 621 days
