They didnt properly log animals animals. Varney company is about to begin. Hold on news just breaking from greece euro zone finance ministers have agreed in principle to grant a threeyear bailout to greece. No movement in the stock market on this one, not at all. Its a tiny incremental step. Well bring you more on greece in a moment. That just happened. We have a record high for netflix, you can see that coming a mile off. Thats the premarket trading, its going to be up 10 . Why . Well they added more than 3 million subscribers and its clearly the stock of the year however, hold on with a runup like this you can understand the reluctance of some investors to jump in. You can understand it right, Cheryl Casone . Should they not jump in . Thats the question for everybody. Lets be honest. International growth you know where they came from new zealand and australia. They havent gone into japan portugal, italy. And theyre Getting International numbers like ive never seen so i think they would be id be a little cautious about betting against netflix, but, yes brand new high we expect on the stock when it opens, 28 minutes from now after the stock i spent time in new zealand. Its so boring you really need netflix, thats the truth. Its you and the sheep in new zealand, ive been there as well. No a gorgeous place. Stuart wait a second theyre not in china at this point. Not yet . Now, thats a biggie on the horizon. Wait till that happens. So if you were asked this time yesterday as a small investor are you going to buy a netflix at 100 a share, what would you have said . 100 a share i would have said thats kind of cheap, thats to make it cheaper to the Retail Investor and theyre doing that. Its working and psychology is working against, with well those that are betting. Stuart to be honest i cant handle putting money in a stock that size which has doubled this calendar year i wouldnt have done it. Couldnt have seen it coming on wouldnt take that risk. Well be discussing in three months when the stock is do you think so . Well bring the discussion back. Stuart i want to bring you this video throughout the day yesterday way into last night and riots in greece. This is what happens when you take away the freebies. Thats my interpretation of the rioting on streets. Thats gruesome stuff. Hold on a second theres a give away plan and its here. President obama wants to give Free Internet to poor people. This is an offshoot of the obama phone program, its another give away. Joining us is katherine, the reporter with the National Review. Look, to put it mildly would you expect at that kind of reaction if in america we start taking some of the goodies away . Its a loaded question, i know. What do you think . I think perhaps. And if not, were on that road. You keep talking about obama keeps giving away more and more free stuff and it creates greece, not just financially, but the attitude that its the governments responsibility that youre able to function and then now, we have people rioting because they dont know where is my free stuff . Hey theres no money for your free stuff and they cant understand that because theyve been conditioned to believe that, hey if you fast forward to after the next president ial election lets just suppose, lets day dream for a second its a republican presidency and they wants to cut back on some social spending whether its food stamps or obama phones or whatever, some of the freebies are cut back. In that instance i can see intense opposition i dont know about riots, not going to forecast riots, but i can see intense opposition. You cannot get rid of a give away once its given, you cant. No it will be an uproar republicans hate poor people. Theyre able to say that im so sure thats why the we just dont want you to have phones because we hate you. No, because theres no such thing as free and eventually the people paying for things for other people are going to say, hey, im not much better off than you are at this point, thats my incentive to try. Thats right, cheryl. Are you with me on this one . Youre hitting the high points. Its true americans love entilements lets be honest here and you know this is going to come into play as we get closer and closer to the 2016 election because the democrats know they can win votes by you know, putting this message out there, and attacking republicans for it and it may work, you never know. Stuart Hillary Clinton wants a new entitlement program, preschool prek. And she went further in her speech in new york the other day and she wants all kids taken care of from birth to four years old. An extension of free prek. The calfiat about hillary and we see this though it was up in the primary, shes going very far left and theyll go far left and into the general election, if its hillary, then you might see her go more into the center to win the general election. We do this every time. Stuart and she should stay out at a leftist position and said preschool, universal and birth to prek. Awfully difficult to take it back. Yes, and she knows that that sounds great and fun to say republicans dont want kids to go to preschool because they dont care. Stuart exactly, exactly, you should be working for the democrats machine here. Get back to the markets. The futures, where are we going to open . A little higher 70 points. And 18,000 maybe 181 today. The price of oil. 51. 77 thats your price, same story with gasoline 2. 77 we should use that graphic every day for a couple of weeks because it hasnt changed. Lets get to the issue of sanctuary cities, thats in the news today. Theres a move in congress to defund them following the murder of kate steinle in San Francisco. Congressman you want to defund entirely sanctuary cities take federal money away from them. Is that the plan . Thats right, stuart. Thanks for having me on the show this morning. These sanctuary cities are refusing to cooperate with immigration officials and refusing to deport like this murderer in San Francisco across the country. Last year they released 8,000 criminals convicted of felonies and without deporting them. What were doing in washington is were working to defund the sanctuary cities to cut them off from federal support. We have the power of the purse in congress and were going to use that tool to try to send a message to the sanctuary cities. Congressman, lets not beat about the bush. This is all about the historic vote and if your bill goes forward and money is removed from sanctuary cities youll be labeled antihispanic and your party will not get many hispanic votes, is that know the political reality in America Today . I dont believe thats the case, stuart. I think, you know most hispanic families many immigrant families they want law abiding citizens here. Theyre not breaking the law. Were focusing on the particular individuals breaking the law, violent felons and folks even when the Obama Administration moves forward and says this person weve got to deport the cities have to cooperate. I think its indefensible for republicans or democrats in either party to stand up and say, actually no we want to keep these folks in the country who are breaking the law and in particular violent felons. Its a tough arguments to make on the other side. And this is one that immigrant families have to agree that allowing particularly violent felons to stay in the country is ridiculous outrageous and congress has to do something to stop it. Stuart thank you for joining us on an important and poignant issue. Thanks for having me on. Stuart the headlines today. The things that weve missed. Lauren simonetti is wrapping it up in case you missed it. In case you missed it ford discontinuing discontinuing discontinuing discontinuing discontinuing discounting the eye aluminum pickups. Ford does not expect to have full supplies until the fall. Fseries is down. Caitlyn jenner stealing the show at last nights espy awards, the first public appearance since undergoing the transition. Every time i turn around in life im putting myself in these High Pressure situations competing in the games, raising a family, but ive never felt more pressure than i ever have felt in my life that over the last couple of months picking out this outfit, okay girls, i get it. That was the best line. And that outfit was a beautiful versace white gown. Caitlyn received a standing ovation when she accepted the arthur ashe award. And Jordan Spieth looking to make history at the british open if he wins this and next months pga, he could be the first golfer ever to win a grand slam and all four majors. In one year. In one year. Theyve teed up already and Dustin Johnson on the leader boards. He was the last i checked he was up there. Hes 5 under, but theres big names on the leader board, good for the ratings. Thank you, lauren. Listen to this donald trump says the Election Form is just not big enough to account for all of his money. Blake burman is coming to us from washington. We have not seen that official financial statement. So what do we know about his money . Donald Trumps Campaign now says his net worth escalated north of 10 billion and they remain unabashed about his wealth. Here is how he put it in announcing the filing with the federal Election Commission yesterday, quote, this report was not designed for a man of mr. Trumps massive wealth. They go on to say as of this date mr. Trumps network is excess of 10 billion and they punctuated that in cap. And some game from the an i prentice, he was paid 213 million from nbc, whether it was revenues or profits, they didnt specify, to nearly 19 million a year. That means that trump would have been one of the highest earners in all of nbc. Nbc president and ceo earned 34 million last year and matt lauer a touch above trump at a reported 20 million, but trump blew out Brian Williams whose salary was a reported 10 million. Fortune though isnt buying this stuart. They say, trumps net worth is more like 4 billion, still a lot. Stuart i smell a lawsuit. Dont tell donald trump hes not worth what he says hes worth. Here it comes. He said last month 8 1 2 billion or around there and now 10. Stuart well take it. Thanks, indeed blake. And up next more on donald trump. Hes a big distraction, yes, he is, and thats giving Hillary Clinton an edge. Watch this. Shes collapsing the campaign is collapsing i wouldnt be surprised if she lost just like she did to obama. I built my business with passion. But i keep it growing by making every dollar count. Thats why i have the spark cash card from capital one. I earn unlimited 2 cash back on everything i buy for my studio. And that unlimited 2 cash back from spark means thousands of dollars each year going back into my business. Thats huge for my bottom line. Whats in your wallet . Do you want to know how hard it can be to breathe with copd . It can feel like this. Copd includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Reflexes faster than the speed of thought. Can a business have a spirit . Can a business have a soul . Can a business be. Alive . You tell the country, sir, why you are content with all the fanfare around this deal to leave the conscious of this nation and the strength of this nation unaccounted for in relation to all of these americans. Ive got to give you credit, major how you craft those questions. The notion that many im content with american citizens languishing in iranian jails. Major, that thats nonsense. And you should know better. Stuart now, that was a rebuke and the president almost lost his temper. He was doing a News Conference on his iran nuke deal and clearly he scolded that reporter after the question about the four hostages held in iran. Coming up in the 11 00 hour youll get my take on what you just saw, plus fox news own White House Correspondent ed henry will be with me as well. And lets get more on donald trump please. Hes leading the latest poll. Lets listen to what George Pataki had to say about him. Are you embarrassed to be in the same republican president ial field as donald trump. Id be more embarrassed to be in the same president ial field as barack obama. Stuart here is mike shields with us the former Republican Committee chief of staff. Trump must be a real headache for you guys and i suspect you havent yet worked out how to deal with him. What say you . Oh i dont know. I mean, the game hasnt started yet. I think on august 6th on Fox News Channel is the first republican primary debate and i think that everything up to this point is sort of the preseason and playing the game. Stuart hes going to Say Something outrageous and he was the focus of the attention and suck the attention out of that room right out of the whole network. You know what hes going to do. Are you going to suggest to any candidate that they go up right against them flat out right in his face and go after the guy. Anybody going to do that . I think they might. Look, the republican primary voters are intelligent and can see the candidates for what they are and once you put them all on a stage together. Donald trump is a successful businessman and youll have successful governors and senators and other Business People on the stage and have a real debate about real issues thats why you have the debates and see who can stand up and run a campaign and make the case to the American Voters thats a different context than the sort of media swarm weve been in for the couple of weeks. Stuart i hear it all the time that donald trump is the democrats best weapon and your answer to that . I dont know about that he decided to run as a republican and you know look in our system he gets to run in a republican and be a part of the contest, and every republican should welcome that they want to have people on the stage from different points of view. There are going to be ten republicans on the stage starting off on august 6th and so theyre all going to get a chance to make their case and have a robust debate and thats important. Stuart yes it is. Mike shields, im trying to make it short. Weve got a run up to the opening bell. We appreciate it. Thank you. Stuart cheryl you interviewed donald trump and did you ask him about the money he lost with the pageant and 50 Million Dollars. And he didnt deny it didnt confirm it, but didnt blink, stuart, they doesnt care. In the grand scheme of things hes got this fight with forbes over his value. They dont care hes a shrewd businessman. The way he got that winery amazing the dealings he got. The guy is brilliant with business and doesnt give a you know what if he loses 50 million. Stuart points right there, cheryl, hold yourself back. California may suspend uber ultimately banning it in the state and thats a possibility. Do you believe that . The state that breeds technology, the technology that breeds it breeds innovation and in california they want to kick it out. Can you believe that . Well have my take on the fall of the once great innovative state california. Thats next. I arrived in california a fresh off the boat immigrant in the mid 70s what a wonderful place it was, opportunity wherever you looked. I settled in San Francisco just as Silicon Valley was making its name as the Worlds Technology center. Talk about innovation. And look at it now. A california judge has just tried to push a brilliant california startup out of california. The judge wants to fine uber 7 million and stop it doing business in the formerly golden state why . What did they do so wrong . Judge Karen Clawson says that uber failed to keep track of people riding with Service Animals or wheelchairs. Flog them in public. Whats going on here . Instead of encouraging competition, just shut it down. Remember, this is california, its the home of innovation and uberis a california company. When i was there, steve jobs lived just down the road ininnovation in california brought a sense of excitement and scope to the whole state. And now, a generation later, after 30odd years of democrat rule, the innovators are told to close down and get out. Thats a 180 and it is pathetic. More on this throughout the days program and seconds from now, netflix, stock of the day, stock of the year youre going to ranch it rally. You can watch it go up all over again. The opening bell three minutes. This allergy season, will you be a sound sleeper, or a mouth breather. A mouth breather well, put on a breathe right strip and shut your mouth. Allergy medicines open your nose over time, but add a breathe right strip and pow it instantly opens your nose up to 38 more. So you can breathe and sleep. Add breathe right to your allergy medicine. Im one of the real live attorneys you can talk to through legalzoom. Dont let unanswered legal questions hold you up, because were here were here and weve got your back. Legalzoom. Legal help is here. All right. The opening bell well trading begins in four or five secondsment lets secondsment seconds. Lets see where were going to go. Trading has begun, the roar that you often get. Were up 40 50 points we were right. Joining us to discuss the market and a great many other things the team is here. Cheryl casone jo ling Kent Mike Murphy and Todd Horowitz have we got room for everybody . I dont see jo ling kent, but shes there. And Hillary Kramer first of all, go to you, mike with netflix. You are a bull on netflix. After the quarter they put up, you have to. Stuart you would have bought it at 100 and its up and buy it at 110 . If you believe that Reed Hastings will continue to deliver as he did in this quarter and moving into japan, to china, to europe you buy the stock here. Stuart its growth thats what its all about . Its not only growth its original content. Content is king and netflix has market 45 billion and look at comcast up 165 billion. Theres a lot of upside there. And people who go on to netflix an interesting stat. Over 80 of the people on netflix look at Netflix Original content. They plan on taking original content from 10 to 15 , a lot of upside. Hillary kramer is a netflix bear. On june 6th i was here buy, buy buy. And now it was up. And another billion dollars in expenses and thats 6 billion dollars on revenue they said they might be 8. 4 billion. Theres negative cash flow here, all of the bet is on growing nationally and theres a lot of Venture Capital startup unseen Backing Services that are comparable and can leapfrog. Meanwhile, in terms of the actual content, stuart the problem there is there is so much classic content and animation thats not available on netflix, for example, you cant see lorax, cant see shrek cant see bad news bears. So many of the products people want content. Stuart so you said buy when you were last on on 80 a share. Stuart youre saying youve made your money move on. Stuart you believe that its overvalued correct . Good morning, stuart. I believe its the jds uniphase of 2015. Its a gigantic bubble that will pop and well see eventually that their content and Everything Else will be either over there will be too much competition and force prices down or vendors that are signing the content, not making original content, are going to raise their prices. Theyre extremely overvalued to begin with. Weve got two bears and one bull. And that is up at 109 a brand new alltime high. Moving on to greece yes, it will always be with us. Cheryl, you get riots in greece when they took look at that this is video that we showed all yesterday afternoon. Yes, yes. And you get riots because theyre having freebies and goodies taken away from them. I dont want to be perjorative. What happens if and when we withdraw the goodies. This is the greeks way of life. What happens if you start to oh, god forbid deal with a Social Security issue in this country. Oh, no what happens with the Food Stamp Program and the other entitlement programs theyre handing out, as well as the federal government. I dont know if youd have anarchy, but gosh a lot of social unrest and anger. We may not throw fire bombs, but well go to social media and make it a campaign issue. Thats how americans, in america were not tax evaders were not nearly as corrupt as other countries and yes we would have unrest, but people would go to work and stop taking the i disagree with that. How many people do you know its better to sit home than go work the an mcdonalds. , but they will work they will work and take it away and theres more job growth, they have incentive for companies to hire and its a perfect equation and learn how great a country we are. What were getting at here mike, extreme difficulty of taking everything away once the government has given it. Absolutely. I agree with both ladies here you know you look in this country and were seeing job growth. Weve seen job numbers this morning better than opened. Were moving in the right direction and we have an unemployment number down around 5 . If we were greece if we had 50 unemployment sure i think you could see writing. But were not greece and this economy is picking up steam. You see Companies Like starbucks macys looking to put 100,000 new jobs out in the marketplace. Those are going to get filled and people are going to be at work. The people can be pacified you think . Absolutely. I want to go to some individual stocks and dow is up 67 points at the moment. And intel is a winner today. Nicole, tell me where is it and why is it up. Nicole revenue is up roughly 2 . You see it and its not as bad as the forecast so theyve had to lower their numbers twice this year. The analyst, i was reading through an Analyst Report and they raised it from a hold to a sell. Isnt that great . Better to be a hold than a sell because they think that has been priced in. I used to call this a door stopper and then it went from 22 to 29. Its no longer a door stopper. By the way, if you want to watch young nicole get in the studio very very early every morning watch this network at 5 a. M. Eastern time and youll see Lauren Simonetti, sandra smith and Nicole Petallides getting the day off to a good start. Amazon, lets talk about that. They called it prime day and we called it christmas in july. Some call it a garage sale. That thing is up and close to a high on amazon. People are angry about what happened yesterday with prime sales. They told two to three times more stuff yesterday than on any normal july day. Tupperware and baby wipes. Their customers are angry and all over twitter, excuse me and facebook today saying thanks a lot for the good deal on the baby wipes. And consumers are angry and how much money do you make selling tupperware. Come on. Stuart twitter will always be an intense source of negativity and abuse. You went to get something there were five of them offered. They didnt make any money. Stuart mike is nodding his head and agreed with me amazon is a great stock and Great Company and yesterday was a brilliant success. Theyre trying to take a day after alibaba. They have some improving to do but putting together one day to recreate black friday in this country, its a great move for them and betting against amazon has been a really, really bad bet for the last 20 years. Amazon is a buy, wall street, we were impressed. Stuart youre not bearish on everything. And the share price of Ford Motor Company. I think this is big news from ford today. Theyre cutting the price of the new f150 which had the aluminum chassis, theyre cutting the price by 10,000. Now i find that extraordinary because the f150 is the best selling model in america or years and years and years. And they sold 7 fewer of them last month. Are they in trouble here . I dont think they are. I think its a good move by forward. Sales of the f150 are tied to contractorsment a lot of people building homes and renovating homes are the people that buy the f150s. Thats one of the main things hurting this company, but looking at ford now. You talk about the s p at alltime highs. Ford you have a 20 plus pullbacks and almost a 4 dividend. Look at european sales for ford last month. Up 16 , this is a Great Company to own, to hold and when you have numbers picking up in housing in this country. Youll see f150 sales follow. A good buy at 14 for the dividend of the future gain hillary . I agree on ford. I think that ford has more upside to go here. It is very popular, even though its never good to be deflationary, in this case its going to bring buyers and ford is very sensitive to its a huge cut. It will bring buyers in. Stuart mike do you own ford . I do own ford. Stuart hillary, do you i dont. Stuart cheryl youre not in the market. I dont own individual stocks because i do this for a living instead. Stuart how about, what have we got here . Weve got statins, this is another interesting thing here. A new harvard study says treating up to 67 of americans in america 45 to 75 year olds with statens. This study says its a good idea, money well spent. Here are the drug makers that make the statins, astrazeneca, pfizer, people who put this out. A lot of people 67 of the Adult Population its a big market. This has been predicted and weve seen whether you look at medical journals or research from scientists we expect it happens. Statins seem to be the way to go. So this is very good news. Stuart and how about taking them is do you take statins, mike . I dont. A lot of the drug companies, an area to be in. But i think youll see healthying living, a way to get better without drugs. And there will be a cholesterol lowering drug thats a blockbuster and fda is going to make an announcement on that, on diabetes the chronic disease companies are hitting 52week highs. Up 50 and the statin drugs work thats why its good for two out of three people to get them. And a lot of the drugs treating diabetes right now, stuart, are incredibly expensive. Great for the companies, know the good for consumers that need them. Im sure ill need them. Stuart ive been remiss and left todd out here. I want to bring you in on stott statins, im not asking whether youre taking them is this a good thing . I think were the most overmedicated country around and find out down the road the side effects they cause, im not a big fan, i think theres better ways to do it by proper eating and healthy eating. Stuart i should bring you in more, you speak directly and to the point. We like that todd. Got to wrap this up. Take a quick look at the big board. 18,000, almost 181 with a gain of 44 points as we speak. Weve got ebay hitting a new high. They did report higher profits, 57 on ebay. Citi hitting a high same story higher profits, citigroup at 57. President obama announcing his plan for high Speed Internet for low income homes, another handout some would say. The question when it gets taken away can we expect the riots like the ones we saw in greece last night . Were on that story. And at the 11 00, ann coulter, shes going to bring on the fire and she always does. What does she think about president obamas entitlement america, thats at 11 30 this morning. If you cant stand the heat, get off the test track. Get the mercedesbenz youve been burning for at the summer event, going on now at your authorized mercedesbenz dealer. Hurry, before this opportunity cools off. Share your summer moments in your mercedesbenz with us. Up a little bit this thursday, were now close to 18,100. Youve got to look at netflix, its the horse race stock of the day. Lifetime high up 10 1 2 . It had been 109, 110. In you record high for the post split. I want to be clear here. Post split. Confirming. Thank you very much. I have to get back to greece. Cut back on the freebies. And you get riots. This is what happens in greece yesterday, those are riots right in the center of greece fire bombs, the whole ball of wax because goodies, freebies were withdrawn for the population, from capitol hill were joined by senator jerry moran from kansas. The premise of what i want to ask you about, senator is look down the road a ways. And at some point, america has to start withdrawing the goodies the handouts we have to, weve got to cut them back what happens here when we do that . Stuart you hope we have a realization still in this country that there is no free lunch. You at that you can about freebies. These things are temporarily not being paid for by the people who are receiving them, but theyre not free and i think this whole Political Movement in our country, this grass roots effort sometimes called the tea party revolves around a belief a couple of things, one, cant government abide by the constitution and cant we live within our means. Something weve historically grown up with. Thats the message that greece sends to citizens to the United States and us as elected officials weve got to live within 0 your means and there is no such thing as a freebie. Do we really want to senator . If you or any if a president ial candidate put forward a serious proposal to reform Social Security or medicare or food stamps or to withdraw obama phones or the new idea of giving Free Internet to poor people you start to withdraw and reform and you have one enormous level of protest and opposition to the point where i would say you cannot withdraw any Government Program once its in service, once its in business. Am i going too far, do you think . Well theres a lot of history that suggests what youre saying is true, but i think the circumstances are so severe, so serious, greece is the if we look down the future of this, the same pattern theyre on, were on and the consequences will be the same. At some point in time other countries our lenders determine were no longer credit worthy and they began reducing the flow of cash and what happened in greece can happen in the United States and any other country around the world. What i would say is Political Leadership matters and the American People have enough courage and understanding of the circumstances that theyre leveled with and if they consider that theyre getting a fair deal that theyre not being singled out and weve got to share in the burden. I think theres enough support in the country by our citizens that the elected officials will be there as well. It takes a leader somebody to bring us together. Republicans democrats, to reach the agreement that we cant continue down the path of living beyond our means, and i can tell you that what has transpired for so long in washington d. C. Is about the reelection, what do we provide people so they like us. And secondly its about theyve done nothing to get the economy growing to help us pay down the debt. We put regulations and taxes in place that are reduces the chances for us to overcome the burden of leaving beyond our means weve got to stop. I have to make time to discuss something with you about soccer. Oh, yeah thats a switch in gears. I know that youre big in soccer and i know youve been going after corruption at fifa the soccer headquarters which controls world soccer. Now, do you want to put measured america in control of world soccer. Is that what youre going for here . Absolutely not. I want the United States to be a leader in cleaning up corruption and opposing corruption in fifa. Im not one that believes government ought to get involved in every private sector and an in this case professional sports, but as a result of corruption something that our own department of justice is now prosecuting with indictments and extradition, i mean, there is certainly a culture of corruption that we want the United States to oppose and to lead the reform in change. But what caught my attention about this issue, about the corruption is where it led and what we see happening in the 2022 preparation for the match is people who are dying and working in conditions that lead to death and corruption has a consequence and i just think this is an opportunity for the bully pulpit to highlight to its citizens and soccer fans and to the world that corruption has to come to an end because the consequences are so severe. Stuart im a soccer fan and im glad to see you leading the charge here because this needs to be rooted out and were glad to have you on the show to talk about it. Senator, thank you very much indeed. Appreciate you being with us. Two stocks with alltime highs. And one was hit moments ago. Right now 118 and change. J. P. Morgan a new high there as well. Its 58. 18 68. 18 i think i should say, 68. 18 69. 76 is where we are now. California, used to be the land of innovation and now after a generation of democrat rule the innovators are thrown out. Judge cropton says that uber failed to keep good records of passengers travelling with Service Animals or wheelchairs. Flog them in public why dont you . Whats going on here . Its establishment reaction to an innovative company. Instead of encouraging competition, they just shut it down. I got a little carried away but take my point. California turning its back on home grown innovation that would be uber. Jo ling kent is here. What is their response . They call it deeply disappointing and plan to appeal. The statement well appeal the statement as uber already provided substantial amounts of data to the commission and elsewhere with no complaints implying theyve done it with other states. And going further was compromising the privacy of riders as well as the drivers. I asked uber what do they mean about that information and they have yet to comment. Uber is under fire around the country and its a Popular Service especially in california. Stuart you lived in San Francisco and in california theyre trying to throw out the company out of california . Theyre trying to protect the taxi drivers. They protect the fleas, listen fly be free oh the seals. Theyre not going anywhere in california. Stuart well, lets see, ive got to move on to netflix. A new lifetime high for that this morning. Jo, theyre the original content is selling very very well and theyre gaining new subscribers, thats the story. Thats what people are attracted to. Were talking 65 Million Police around thets are down 63 because theyre spending billions of dollars to make orange is the new black. Reminds me of amazon. Next hour Gretchen Carlson, author and star of her own show on fox news. She joins us for the next hour. Sanctuary cities and run away entitlement. And Caitlyn Jenner the second hour of Varney Company is two minutes away. Get ready for another hour of Varney Company. The latest read on housing market. The question time to refi. Look at netflix, this is the stock of the year 3 million new subscribers added in about three months and were on that one all day. And the jacket worn by ringo starr in the famous beatles movie, help its up for sale and weve got it here onset. Varney company, hour two starts now. Breaking as of right now. Mortgage rates, freddie mac says its 4. 09 , thats up just a tad from this time last week. 4. 09 . And were above 4 got it . Joining us jason meester, he knows a thing or two about real estate. Your thought is, get out there and refi. Yeah. Weve heard the fed yesterday i think youll see a small gradual increase of the rates by the end of this year. Okay so rates are going up. Youve got a 4 opportunity right now, you say take it. Lock in. And look im not looking for a forecast, but i guess i am do you think were going to get to 5 anytime soon . No the fed made it clear, we have to go gradually. If we go too quick, too fast it could be catastrophe. The only reason we may not see rates increase i think we will, if we see a black swan out of china, but i think youll see the rates rise. Stuart you have to do the math. Its not everybody, not Everybody Needs to refi. If you refied say a year two years ago, you got in at say 3 1 2 refiing up had doesnt make much sense, does it . No so this refi rollout that you think is coming that we should be getting into thats for people who have got a mortgage which now stands at what 5, 6 of 7 . Right. Okay. What happens if i want to go into a shortterm adjustable mortgage, do you recommend that . Id be careful with those. Theyre better 30year fixed . You like the certainty of it . Yeah why . Stability, i think that stability, knowing where you youll be for that long period of time. And youre a young guy, why are you so concerned . Im conservative. Real estate is a longterm play for me. I think there are a lot of variables that go into things. If youre buying a home you should be buying over a long period of time. You shouldnt make a quick buck on a house. I refied three years ago and got into a fiveyear adjustable. 2. 8 and i thought that was pretty good. Now, should i have refied to a 4 longterm deal . Should i do that . Maybe you should think about it. I want advice from a young guy not an old guy. I thought it was a good move. I thought you were going to refi. Stuart last time you were on the show i thought i said i would. Did you get uber yet . Its on here and i dont know how to work it. How about wait a second Gretchen Carlson is with us sitting here laughing at me. Im trying to be quiet, stu, i have the same thing, the uberapp on my phone and ive never signed in. Stuart is that right . Im with you, what are we going to do with the two of us. You need uber you need fit bit. Usually its your grammar, so watch out. Stuart thank you very much indeed. I think youve got good advice there because get out there, refi at 4 and sleep well for the rest of the 30year loan. Got it. We just received a reading this is the philly fed reading, this is the state of the economy in the philadelphia area. Okay . It came in a lot lower than expected. Its actually at the lowest level since march and thats not too far ago. The number shaved 15 to 20 points off the dow industrials and thats why were off the 30 as opposed to 60. I want to get to one of the major issues of the day. Sanctuary the murder of kate steinle in San Francisco, allegedly illegal immigrant is shining a spotlight on the issue. What congressman had to say about it. Were working on the funds to cut them off from federal support. We have the power of the first in congress and were going to use that tool to try to send a message to the sanctuary cities. Gretchen carl is here the star of the real story on Fox News Channel and getting real a book doing, very very well. Gretchen. This is a huge issue. Huge. And congressman yoder wants to defund the sanctuary cities and take the federal money away from them. I dont think its going to happen or work, but its a huge issue. Hes not alone, we had senator rand paul on the real story yesterday and hes proposing a similar type of legislation and you also had senator tom cotton and others they say it might be taken up within another spending bill and its going to hold off to introduce the legislation, but you know its very having timing situation. Weve had president ial candidate donald trump talking a lot about it and then it seems that these instances happen that support some of what he has been saying. So theres a National Conversation about it. At the same time you have secretary jay johnson testifying on the hill and reportedly not acknowledging the name of the steinle family and maybe did not hear the question correctly, but as ive recalled this week no one from the administration has reached out and reached out when other people have been murdered in other situations. Stuart youve got to stop beating the bush on this. In my opinion the issue is the hispanic votes. Democrats encouraged the Sanctuary City Movement because they want to encourage the hispanic vote. Theyre not going to say that, they say it encourages people to cooperate more. Whether or not thats true. Im coming out and saying its a political issue, its about the spanish vote. Am i going too far . I dont think so at all. Thats what people like about donald trump who precisely says what he thinks and what a lot of people dont dare to say. Lets see if they really are going to defund the sanctuary cities. Its be an interesting conundrum. I guarantee some hispanics will say you republicans are going after us making us the bad guys and well vote democrat. Im sure it will be a political issue and in the debate next week. Stuart and in the next hour ann coulter will be joining us on Varney Company at 11 30. Were 18,000 and 30 points a flat market, but well above 18,000. There are two stocks in the dow industrials breaking out to lifetime highs and they will be disney at 118 a share now and j. P. Morgan at 69. Dont forget netflix especially on a day like this. A new lifetime high there. Were up about 110, 111 a share earlier. That will be a 11 gain as of now a the 109. And look at amazon please. That also is either at or very close to an alltime high 465. This is the day after prime day their big selling day, online selling joined by walmart, and some called it a garage sale. They didnt like it. And gretchen is here. Here is the deal i buy everything on amazon okay . Spaghettios for my kids with one click, and i cant find them in the store and i buy clothes on amazon and my daughter said mom can we go to a real store . Oh, my gosh bad mom. Stuart oh. I did not shop yesterday, i was too busy stuart i dont know what people are talking about with regard to deals. I kept thinking i was going to do it and never got around to it. Stuart well they tried to create, youve got to come into this, youre a young guy. They tried to create christmas in july heavily advertising, the day to do your shopping and fantastic bargains and walmart did the same thing, target did it, macys did it i think it was a wild success and an attempt to create a new day which Everybody Knows about and everybody does Online Shopping that ranks up there with going to the mall at christmas or going to the mall for thanksgiving. Right. Everythings going online, its not a bricks and mortar. My wife works for rue la la. Do you know what that is . Look at your credit card statements, im sure its there. The biggest competitor all Online Shopping. Stuart what does ruelala do . They sell luxury items at Discount Online and she works for them. Im a supporter of mom and pop stores and acknowledge support our Small Businesses as well. Youre right, internet shopping its where its going. Stuart we do have other headlines, its not just uberand amazon and we cover it all and Lauren Simonetti has them all in case you missed it. Weve got to talk golf. The 21yearold golf phenom Jordan Spieth hes looking to make history at the british open. If he wins this and the pga next month he could be the first golfer ever to win a grand slam all four majors, but bad news today for spieth. Hes not even in the top five. Youre looking at the board right there. American Dustin Johnson, he is leading the pack. Incentives on fords new aluminum f150 pickup can save buyers up to 10,000. Its been a best seller for 33 years and now losing market share because ford is having trouble building enough f150s and does not expect to have a full supply until september. And former president , herbert tel fell at his home in maine and he is a wearing a next brace. Stuart we wish him a quick recovery. And Nicole Petallides and sandra smith and lauren get out of bed 1 00. A 3 30 deadline could be earlier. Im in the 4 00 hour. The Fox Business Network has dedicated i know, if you dont know where to find it. Stuart whats the expression . Look for it. Demand it. Thats it. Ive forgotten. Getting old. Next Caitlyn Jenner makes history at the espy awards. And no stopping netflix, producing critically acclaimed programming and adding millions of subscribers and they havent launched in china yet. More varney in a moment. Can a business have a mind . A subconscious. A knack for predicting the future. Reflexes faster than the speed of thought. Can a business have a spirit . This transition has been harder on me than anything i could imagine. Trans people deserve something vital. They deserve your respect and from that respect comes a more Compassionate Community a more empathetic society and a better world for all of us. Stuart Gretchen Carlson is here. What do you have to say about that . And gretchen question mark on the teleprompter. My husband and son were at the espy i a wards, and hes 10 years old. An interesting parental conversation before he wept to see this in person the younger generations much more accepting than many, many things. Were an open family and have our children make their own opinions however, i think its difficult for a young child or even adults sometimes, to see somebody still with a male voice standing with long hair and a dress. A lot of questions for my son and when he gets home im sure ill have to answer more. Whether or not he should receive the award. I dont have a problem with that i know some people come out and said he wasnt worthy of receiving the arthur ashe award. I think we should give the same amount that received it the young girl the basketball player who died and her parents accepted that in her place because she died on april 10th. I think we should be talking with lauren hill. Stuart and the ratings would be astronomical because of Caitlyn Jenner and some people say look shes going through this for publicity. Shes not going through this life changing for publicity. Although the kardashians and jenners and although kids have been bully theres a lot of positivity in the message. Stuart speaking of being real. How is your book. You had me on the program initially. Ive been meeting wonderful people who are fox viewers and some who are not. Stuart its about you . Its about my life story and sometimes people look at Television Personalities and they think they have no issues but i grew up as a kid and fired after a week after i was married. And struggles with infertility. I have been blessed with two children as a result and faced a life sentenced stalker for four years and never shared these stories. Im candid in this book and hope people check it out. Its nice to be candid with that material about yourself and your life. In the hopes of helping other people. Stuart youre a brave lady. Thank you. Stuart name of the book again is getting real and ive go the my copy autographed by you. Thank you very much. Thank you. Stuart you cant walk away from netflix and youve got to look at netflix today. Please look at it. Another record look at the stock and it added 3 million more subscribers and thats about a million extra subscribers, paying customers, each and every month. And check editor from mashable. Christina warren is with us i think this stock has gone to the moon and literally has doubled this calendar year which is most unusual for a company this size. Its double. I think theyre winning to be the entertainment. 0 in your living room. Thats why were up. And as we were talking before the segment, rather than tuning into regular network television, we tune into netflix and its increasingly for people all over the world. Two new original productions, marvel. Yes. Thats on multiple shows, its a series in fact and grace and frankie, starring jane fonda. Another series thats going to be endlessly repeated. Yes, so they have the original Television Series and doing well with that and breaking into original movies which is kind of the next frontier, so historically netflix started out where you would rent movies and the streaming service has basically become a destination for television shows, but its expensive for them to buy movies to basically be able to present them. You know they have to pay big bucks for first run rights for movies. Other than paying the first run fees theyre saying well make the movies. And so instead of 8 00 at night, 9 00 at night, whatever it is theyre tuning into the broadcast networks for regular entertainment which weve had for a couple of generations, you click onto netflix and watch what you want whenever you want and thats the point. That is the point. Going into a feature length film segment and thats disrupting the market too, weve seen the theater attendance declining and if theyre getting into the theatrical industry rather than going to the cinema you might turn on netflix. Stuart im interesting in china. When are they getting to china. Do i have a full screen of Reed Hastings and getting into the china market. As i recall he said that here we go. So china, again, we still have some things to figure out so i suppose its possible to get into china in 2016. It supposes its possible. Youre not getting into china in 2016. Thats not going to happen. Chooirn china is a huge issue and Addressable Market. You have to look at how many people have access to broadband and devices that play netflix. Theres a question piracy and digital rates and getting the details worked out in china and something that they have to struggle with in other countries and expanding and getting the right for the content to be viewable in other countries. Its one thing for u. S. Canada, the u. K. Once you get into latin america and asia it becomes a lot more complicated. Stuart i will guarantee if and when Reed Hastings says were in china at a certain point, that stock goes up. I wont guarantee it, but i think its going to happen. If it can make china work theyll continue to soar. Stuart youve got it. Thank you very much indeed. The jacket worn by ringo starr in the beatles movie help is for sale. Thats the reality show about the duggars family. Again t. L. C. Cancels the duggars. See this . Ringo starr thats not it. Ringo starrs jacket from the film help it will be auctioned. And joining us is the vicepresident of the auction house. Welcome to program and good to see you. Good to see you again. Stuart youre auctioning off this, that stands between us thats ringos jacket and when was it worn . This is worn in the famous scene in the beginning in the apartment all four beatles are in the flat in london and its painted blue and its on the finger the cult is trying to get off the finger and goes to the sandwich machine and puts his hand in and it grabs the hand. Stuart this is the jacket he was wearing at the time. Thats right. Stuart on the strength of him appearing in that jacket for just one scene in the help movie. How much will it go for . Estimated to sell for 40 to 50,000. Stuart 40 to 50,000 just for ringo starrs jacket worn in one scene of the awful movie help, come on it was awful. I watched it as a kid. Stuart have you seen it recently. I have. Stuart it was awful. Can i touch it . Nice material, but its incredibly small. I couldnt fit into that its not a big guy. Did you see ringo on his 75th birthday peace and love. Hes slight and small. Theyre not large men, the beatles, but get large pieces for their memorabilia. Stuart they do, they were the premier rock band ever of the 20th century i guess you could say. Its made by their tailor and everything was made by millings and it comes with the tag millings london and has ringos name in the jacket. Stuart there must be people who collect ringo starr mimm bealmimm memorabilia and those are the people that pushed it up to 40 grand. People in this generation love the beatles. Anything that they owned or instrument they played, big money. Stuart when is the auction . Its next thursday in boston. Stuart exnext thursday in boston. R r auctions. Are you the guy with the hammer. No, its fun to be around the excitement. Stuart thank you for joining us well see if you get 40 grand for it maybe 50 could be more. I hope its more. Good luck. Thank you. Stuart up next donald trump taking the lead in one of the most recent polls, that is. Is he doing more harm to the republicans than good . We shall see after this. We are beginning a journey and at this moment we are bound by nothing. Technology empowers us to achieve more. It pushes us to go further. To keep track of almost five million athletes, in 170 countries you need a lot of data. Up til now weve been tracking a lot of data manually. The microsoft cloud allows us to immediately be able to accesation, wherever we are. Information for an athletes medical care, or information to track their personal best. Special olympics is really about celebrating differences, to create a world where we can accept and appreciate the gifts that we all bring to our communities. Technology is the tool to make an impact. It is the tool to make a difference. With microsoft cloud we save millions of man hours, and thats time we can invest in our athletes, our work, and changing the world. If you cant stand the heat, get off the test track. Get the mercedesbenz youve been burning for at the summer event, going on now at your authorized mercedesbenz dealer. Hurry, before this opportunity cools off. Share your summer moments in your mercedesbenz with us. Tree and shoot dirty two points. The market moves that the openended set close to the middle of the day does not mean. That is what is happening now. Look at netflix believes. A lifetime high earlier today. 111 now its 110. Goes up 12 higher now. Ghastly say this everyday. 2. 77 husband fly right there. Im still looking for in a thick line. Lets get to donald trump appeared reading in the latest poll. Ac embarrassing the party . David of the love. I think hes an embarrassment to other republicans, isnt it . Time will tell. I will say announcing his net worth is good for him. Now harry reid and nancy pelosi and Hillary Clinton cant make up lies about his success as they did today brought me four years ago. Tree into david ive got to tell you. I dont think youre dealing with them. I think you were all worried stiff about going headtohead with donald trump in what must be in the debate in august. Lets have confidence in voters that they will make a good decision which they will in picking our nominee. I will say the one person who was cheering donald trump on right now is to bush. If everyday donald trump gets news and intelligent pushes other contenders are getting news. If this is a race between jeb bush and donald trump consider what ms. Max borges came out with. 62 of republicans wont vote for donald trump at the end of the day. This helps jeb bush. We usually see on the real story. Great to speak with you on fbn as well. I dont think the rnc should collect donald trump and tell him to stop saying that he is saying because i dont think the rnc does a fantastic job of messaging on it done. Would you agree with that . Gretchen the chairman is trying to keep all of the candidates from attacking one another. Kudos to him. I will never happen. You know what happened last time . They all have a horse in this race. There will be 19 or 20 of them. They are definitely going to go after each other. That is the way the game works. You are prey. You follow politics a long time. It will be hard despite the chairmans best efforts to keep them from wanting to show the differences between one another. That is healthy. Lets think back to what happened four years ago or eight years ago now when president obama or Hillary Clinton had his ear to debate for their nomination. In a barack obama a stronger candidate. We will come out of the process with a strong candidate wins the primaries and nomination process is done. We should embrace the idea itll be talked about. Stuart you want to embrace the term candidacy. I think he would be happier if he was not running. Stewart blood, he brings an ability to talk about success. This differentiates her publicans are democrats. Republicans want everyone to be successful like donald trump and democrats want success they shouldnt be rewarded and instead you should be vilified which is that they did romney. That may be one thing donald trump represents as far as well been working hard to get there. Is not a politician. That is why he says what he says. Im not going to tie myself to lobbying groups and go home and realized i have to back out of what i said earlier. I think i was mixing different. To some that makes him refreshing. It makes him refreshing the sun. Maybe he would have said his earlier comments different. It has struck a chord with some of the party. Is it enough to get the nomination . Only time will tell whether he can put a coalition together to bring. Today shes everyone in the media was to talk about. Train two last quick one. Which you encourage any other republican candidate to go toe to toe, facetoface and that you are wrong. You are wrong and this is a lousy way to figure out how to run the country. Will you recommend any candidate to go at it like that . Anybody that doesnt agree with mr. Trumps opinion and has a better idea for solving the problem he brings up absolutely. This is what the process is about. We need to decide whos idea in and whose leadership would follow. Sometimes we have to show where differences are as much as where we are united. We are far more united on issues that we are divided in i spy will have a good nominee when the process is over. Help the process. We appreciate you being on the program today. Stuart he did quite well. Is a regular run my program. Stuart hes also scolding his critics. Listen to this exchange was cbs Major Garrett. Roll the tape. Can you tell the country why you are content with all the fanfare from the deal to be the conscious of this nation strength of the nation unaccounted for in relation to these for americans . Ive got to give you credit for how you craft those questions. The notion that i am content that i celebrate with american citizens languishing in iranian jails major, that is nonsense. And he should know better. Stuart i think i was a fair question. I dont think the president handled it well. He was on the list of verge of losing his temper. Hes not used to tough questions from the mainstream media. But there is a good question because a lot of people have been asking to those americans. They would ask for your brain to ask for more concessions. That is debatable as well because people would say they are to giveaway concessions to iran and the basic nature of the nuclear deal. Why not add those four american lives. I thought it was a logical question. Stuart he brings that donald trump was a very poor negotiator for donald trump pacifies himself as the great negotiator. Donald trump is in the argument as well. There was a question where john carlson wanted to ask the president about donald trump and the president cut him off because he didnt want to go there at all. Sure into a judge putting the brakes on bluebird. California find uber 7 million went further than not recommended to be suspended from operating the state. They uber spokeswoman said ive got it, okay. Gretchen we find this fascinating because california is the home state of innovation technological innovation. Uber is a california company. He was a judge saying we dont like that information. Get out of here. What are you forgetting is theres a lot of strong unions in california. A generation ago the home of innovation and now the establishment this amount. If they get out of here. You and i should sign up for acts of day in protest. We dont know how to use it just to. Stuart i thought youre a technology lady. I am. I just havent gotten around to pursue reason to go outside and raise your hand for a cab. Stuart time for the sector reported financials today. All kinds of Financial Companies are winners mostly. Strong profits at jpmorgan and the city and bank of america are doing well. Jpmorgan reached a new high earlier today. Prostates date slipped up wells fargo. However the stock is still at. 7 . Next case president obama has plans for my giveaways for the poor. Free high Speed Internet for lowincome earners. That is what god creates in trouble in the first place. When you try to pull back entitlements and greasy guy briars. Weve got the story for you in a moment. Trained to read not to Dow Jones Industrial average up. The nasdaq gaining 41 and the s p up to 11. Pretty nice week on wall street. The best we present a month at the stocks of 2 . They are buying plenty of stocks. Though income and earnings they deny when the Dow Jones Industrial. Also the quarterly numbers and guidance better than expected or overall not as bad as expected. Sherman williams, the paint nature stocks outnumbered 10 as they lowered their forecast going forward. Reporting after the bow google. Those are the names to watch. Start your day at 5 00 a. M. Really astonishing pictures that nobody has ever seen before. Nothing like it. The probe took nine years to make that 3 billionmile trip and is wowing back home in the pictures arrived. Price increase last night. You could say this is what happens when you start taking away the entitlement, the freebies that the greek government has been handing out for generations. Back home president obama wants another giveaway another freebie that would be Free Internet service. That is how he wants to extend giveaways. Gretchen my point in raising this is what happens at some point in the future when we pull back . At present for his problem. You have to be fair if you want to give the internet to the low income households. The argument is this is going to be essential for people to get jobs and a better education to have internet in the home. Stuart dataset they said about obama phones. I know. Are the people who get the phones using them to get a job and be safer . I dont know. No one has ever done that study. I assume we waste a lot of taxpayer money with the phone system so im with you on the fact we will waste taxpayer money on the internet. It will help some and there will be access. What happens when we take it away . We are on the slippery slope right now. Which way is the country tilting . Have we gone too far where they can never get that back . That is a conundrum for republicans. Stuart what is your judgment . Weve gone so far it will be awfully difficult to pull back anything. I agree. Stuart i am saying the opposition to any pullback in the giveaways will be so strong that you probably cant do that. Even if you are not in favor of these programs Everyone Wants a good deal. Stuart could any republican candidate elected to the president the essay turned around and said we must reform Social Security because it is going bust. With what donald trump has to say. You never know. Stuart i would like to know. Everybody else will have to answer that question. Package juices. You could call the superpremium juice market. About 2 billion a year, maybe more than not according to our next guest. Henry kassem gold is the owner of johnny juice cofounder right thing. Johnny juice but that is lined up your juices. You also have a clan system. Thats correct. Those are some of the favors for the clients. Train to i think that the clients business is 2 billion a year. Straight juices as 20 billion. 20 billion at this point. We see a shift in Consumer Beverage preferences. Carbonated soft drinks are declining rapidly. Train to the clintons really intrigues me. Its kind of a. For many people that is for sure. We have seen lifechanging experience for people who have done our cleansers. My wife who is the founder of a come to me as a nutritionist and she created johnny juice because she wasnt happy with what was available to our family and friends in terms of healthy food help the to get these nutrients into your body and flood your system. Feedback have you done a clients . Stuart its a very personal question. I have. The juices are hard to get through, but once you get today one it is easier. What i love about this as there is the meat to this juice. Theres the pope and pineapple wine tasting. It makes you feel like you are eating. Stuart if i went on to cleanse one two three four five juices here. If i went under clients but a solid intake. Nothing else. No food, nothing. That is basically it. Stuart how much way will i lose . I cant make any guarantees but i was at least five pounds. Was start with a one threeday clients. Some go as much as five days. But as important is what happens afterwards. Once you see your body doesnt need these large portions of food every day it changes the trajectory of how you eat. It adds new habits. I suggest you start with one day. Stuart i want you to leave this year. Link me with the clients. I may or may not. Lets not forget the name. Johnny juice. Thank you for coming in. I didnt realize the clients business was worth 2 billion a year and growing fast. Johnny juice everyone. Thank you. Appreciate it. The senate is launching upon the care subsidy fraud. He didnt quite lose his temper, but he was struggling to reign it in. He was asked if he was content with the iran deal when four americans remain in iranian jails. They are hostages on charges. Was mr. Obama content with that . The president repeated the word contentiously and the questioner should have known better. Two points. It was a fair but edgy question. Those for americans are hostages. They are pawns in irans game, yet they went unmentioned. It was fair to ask the president directly if he was content with that. After all mr. Obama trumpeted the deal and four americans are suffering. Second the president looked at best thinskinned. Hes used to support from the media. He should be able to handle a bobbed question with a little bit more grace. It is demeaning to the office to get visibly upset. Stuart we will have more on that in a moment. But first what a dance of the streets in iran, and you can see them doing it. Congressman ed royce says the iranians are going to cheat on the iran nuke deal, and he joins us now. Thats a dramatic statement to the top of this hour, sir. Theyre going to cheat. You convinced of this . Im convinced based on the fact that theyve cheated on every other agreement, stuart, that the likelihood is theyre going to cheat and the likelihood we could have prevented it was anywhere in inspections, 24 hours. Now 24 days. Explain to me how were going to be able to check up on their program and after the 24 days they can draw this you out for months. Stuart now. The president is if theyre going to cheat, were going to catch them. You think a, yes, theyre going to cheat and b were going to catch them. Thats a pretty thorough. Look at the comments with the secretary of state when we started this negotiation. And the question was asked are they going to have to come lean with their past cheating . The inspector says they have thousand pages of documentation on their cheating. He said, yes, they will have to. And then as this agreement went on, secretary state kerry changed his tune and said were not interested in the past. Were not bringing up the past. This is supposed to be one of the answers we had answered. Last year stuart i do apologize. That tape insert came absolutely out of nor. Congressman, are you still with us, please. We just made a technical mistake right there. I do apologize that. But you were saying that they are going to cheat. Were not going to catch him and heres why were not going to catch them because were not going after could go to in the past. Heres the third we can we. They cheat, we dont catch them, that means they get a bomb much faster than theyre supposed to get a bomb; correct . Bank account north korean, they werent supposed to get cheat but we were supposed to have the kind of Intrusive Inspections needed. The consequence . They ended up with their nuclear test, three of them, they ended up with a bomb for north korea. Explain to me why this isnt like the north korean mistakes when sherman was involved in putting the 94 agreement in putting together the bomb and she was also involved in this agreement. And i dont see the verification here thats going to guarantee their compliance. Stuart what can you do about it . Because the president is going to take that agreement to the United Nations, theyre going to say thats a good agreement, and we are left alone. Even if Congress Rejects it, were still alone. This is almost a done deal isnt it . And thats why i sent a letter yesterday along with michael mccall, which is a chairman of the Homeland Security, as a chair foreign affairs, i talked to the chief deputy on this several times and the day before and also the ambassador of the United Nations saying, look, youre not just talking about raising the sanctions that weve discussed in the agreement. Youre also talking about the arms embargo on iran that into the 11 hour was put onto russia and iran. We know what our secretary of defense think so about that and our chairman of joint chiefs. They both testified under no conditions should those be raised. So my point is im agreeing with you, stuart. Should no conditions should web going before the United Nations before congress has administrate ability here to have like that hearings, which we are now going to be in reseat on friday. We have a 60 day process, and we do not an end run around congress into the United Nations to have this done under un rules. Stuart congressman, thank you very much indeed for joining us. Thank you, sir,. Stuart appreciate it. I want to get back to president obama. Again, watch this. Can you tell the country, sir, why youre content with all the affair of this nation the strength of this nation unaccounted for. Ive got to give you credit how you craft those questions. The notion that im consistency celebrate with american citizens languishing in iranian jails . Thats nonsense, and you should know better. Stuart all right. Fox News White House ed henry is here with me in new york. Good to see you. Stuart that could have been you. I agree with you, though. I saw your take a few moments ago. Thats a fair question. The president , in fact, was celebrating this deal. Thats what the News Conference was about in fairness, its about going in often and trying to correct the nomers of the deal get the fact checks of the deal, Benjamin Netanyahu is a big part of this deal. So the president got his chance and i think it happens with am when the president gets focused on one word or phrase and it grabbed grabbed his attention a little bit rather than the substance of it. And later on the president said, look, if we had added those four americans to the talks, nonnuclear provision if you will be with the then the iranians would have wanted throw in other stuff and make concessions. And what you know, mr. President . They did. And a lot of other stuff like the ballistic missile. Stuart it was an awkward moment. I was watching live as it happened. It seemed awkward the president of the United States on the urge of losing his temper. Now, are you going to be constrained in the future because you dont want to have the Major Garrett treatment. You dont want that. Yeah. Ive had that treatment before. And i think major might know the be called on before. Stuart yeah, thats another thing that struck me. He called on the people who happened to get questions from. Yeah. There have been News Conferences and in fairness he balances it out and maybe next press conference youre going to get it. But, yes, this can be intimidating for a reporter if all of a sudden the president is glaring at us and getting upset and not calling on you and it sends you a signal. Its a free country. Youre allowed to ask. Stuart not a free and open question and answer can i guess cession. But its not and heavily structured and the president decides who gets what, he likes to run out the clock. 15 minute answers. Its a little bit like this. You get to pick what you do and run the clock out on me. Its your show. Stuart i get got the rat in my ear, the clocks finished. Thank you very much. Stuart lets check that big boulder, please, lows of the morning, about 18,083. This happened ive said this before. The market moves at the opening bell, it moves just before the close, and in the middle of the day, it goes nowhere. Weve been at plus 30 for about an hour now. Nothing happens in the Million Dollars of the day. And breaking out of lifetime highs, jp morgan and disney, look at them go. And the stock of the day is netflix. Another lifetime high, and its hitting just now. Up 14 wab that is 14 . 112 on netflix right now. Gas, again, heres another thing that never moves or hasnt moved for a long time. 2. 77. Oil is down but gas stays right there at 2. 77. Congressman is one of several republicans cracking down on undocumented criminal safe havens. I spoke with him they really morning. Roll tape. We are looking to defund these cities to cut them off from federal support. We have the power of the purse in congress. And were going to use that tool to try to send a message to these sanctionary citizens. Stuart congressman, his district is home to several sanctuary cities, and welcome back, congressman. Good to see you again. Thank you and good morning to you. Stuart now, weve had it reported reported recently that 8,000 criminals were released in 276 sanctuary a republican from houston that said basically that isis has to deport the category one, category two, which are the criminals. I think those folks need to be deported. The other folks that are not a threat to the United States, i think we need to look at that carefully but at the same time the priority should be given on those criminals. On the sanctuary cities, i personally dont really believe. I understand the concept, but i really dont agree with that. But, again, to cut off all the funding into the city, lets say you have the city of san antonio, but lets say the city wants it, half of it wants it, half of it doesnt. And were going to punish everybody from getting those fema dollars or those Homeland Security dollars because half of the city wants to have a sanctuary city. So we have to be a little bit more careful on how we send that message to those folks. Stuart thats a fair point. Immigration laws. Stuart that is a fair point. But, look, most of these sanctuary cities, in fact, all of them were established by democrats. And they were established by democrats who wanted to be generous with the hispanic vote, and i think you and i will go that the hispanic vote is at the large of this. Youre hispanic, a lot of your constituents are hispanic. If we with drew federal support from federal cities, would they lose even more of the hispanic vote . Well, i think they will lose more of the hispanic vote. But let me give you my home kind. My home is 96 , the biggest. We dont have a sanctuary city. In fact, my brother who is a sheriff there, is these a sheriff there, and he follows the containers because he feels we ought to obey the law. And, again, i feel if we have a law, weve got to follow it. If someone wants to elect someone to change the federal what you see then elect someone to change them. Stuart something about texas. You seem to get them right. You are the loan democrat there, arent you . No. Weve got a few other democrats. Stuart you let some of them in. And congressman, thank you so much for joining pus. Thank you so much . Stuart yes, sir. New stats show a shocking 250 million is being paid out for Police Misconduct. Thats just last year. Thats a quarter billion dollars baloneys just last year. And just from the 10 Largest Police departments. Thats extraordinary. Wait until you hear more about those. And take a look at this. Ford is making an electronic about bike that can followed up and fit in the back of your compact car. Theyre here in the studio. The man you see riding it invented it. They will try to sell me one of these things. That will be at 11 45. At at t we monitor our Network Traffic so we can see things others cant. Mitigating risks across your business. Leaving you free to focus on what matters most. Stuart a paint maker. Sherman williams. Look what happened when they made a disappointing forecast for profits in the funeral. Ouch. Down nearly 9 . Thats 25 down. Garmin, they cut their outlook and now at a 25 week low. And being from guest on the show, has got some explaining to do. He said yesterday buy it. Check the share price of netflix. Another record high. They added 3 million subscribers in about three months. And when asked if a move to china next year night might not happen, they said so china again we still have some things to figure out, so now, thats convoluted if ive ever it saw. So we wont get into china until 2016. Yeah. What hes saying is china has its own version of netflix thats backed by the government and alibaba. So thats stiff competition for netflix. So when they talk about netflix and say, oh, we need partnerships and entree into china, its more than that. Its competition theyre up against china. Stuart things you just said that, net flings was up at 112. 59, if theyre not going to get into china in the accident he year, and they face real tough hurdles to get over, thats not good for netflix. Not good for netflix at all. Stuart 12 50 when you said it. When i said it. Sorry. Much more serious now. Fresh off new york citys 5. 9 million settlement with eric garners family. Were now learning the cost of resolving Police Misconduct skaces cases. It has skyrocketed nationwide. The ten Largest Police forces just last year. Nearly 250 million was shelled out in misconduct cases. Lets bring in former nypd and fox news contributor. Now, that number 250 million, thats up 10 from 2010. Tell me whats going on. Well, whats going on right now is you can sue for anything. Youre rightfully arresting people, ie the guardic case. Headlock ground causes death. A choke hold is someone you choke. Were not going to debate that today. They didnt even file the suit, and the city settled them with it. I have cases where guys were arrested for committing crimes and they mailed the allegation against the cop that he hurt his knee when the cop was chasing him for robbery and they settled with that. Were told they dont want to go to trial. The word on the street is a 25,000 lawsuit against home depot. If you slipandfall, theyll settle for 25,000 so you dont have to go to court. Thats called the old settlement and all the criminals know about these things. All the criminals know that the city, if you formulate a lawsuit against the city, they will settle. And the word is out there across this country all youve got to do is make an allegation against a cop, make a lawsuit, if all of a sudden he activities your arm, oh, i hurt my little arm, im going to sue you. Not that he just committed a robbery, he hurt his arm. Stuart at the end of the day the threat is if you dont pay, if we dont get our version of justice, there will be an urban riot. This is a threat. Well, the thing is they dont want to drag out these cases. The corporations, counsels and cities. Theres one case where the guy shot at cops, the cops fired we, he sued the city, he got money. This is better than the let her. And then you see you walk around the streets, and the cops arent doing anything anything. Its backing off. And now when you do something, cell phone cameras come out and sue the city. And big bird now, he is the cause of the to the city going into the toilet bowl, because ill take you on the tour to pen station everywhere. Every homeless guy is out there again. Stuart u. An important point. The cell phone is a very important instrument because the moment you have any rough stuff between a Police Officer and the person trying to get arrested, you get that. They only get the second part. They dont do the whole story. Thats why im for cameras on cops. Gets get the whole story. Hey, what are you doing out here . Go get your mama. No, you dont talk to a cop like that. Stuart thank you. Thank you. Stuart this is the first day of the british open, Jordan Spieth, were told hes on fire again. Tiger woods flailing. Weve got all the stats come up. And, by the way, later on today 2 00 p. M. Eastern immigration with former candidate rick pairy. Weve know its been there this is going to take a really focused effort, and i will suggest to you that the washington crowd has missed opportunity after opportunity to go in to change that to use our diplomatic leverage get excited for the 1989 world tour with exclusive behind the scenes footage all of taylor swifts music videos interviews, and more. But the best thing you can give your business is comcast business. Comcast business. Built for business. Stuart here he comes, everyone, 21yearold Jordan Spieth at the open. Thats the new name for it. The british open. If he wins this one and next months pga, hes going to be the first golfer ever to win all four majors in one calendar year. Dustin i almost said dustin hoffman. Spieth, by the way, is 5 under at this point. Gerri willis plays golf, and shes here. Do you think spieth could win all four majors this year . Well, i think he can win the british open. Thats for sure. Well have to see, thats what people in vegas are betting on. Stuart whats the odds . Do you know who he beat today with his play . He beat ben hogan, whose record hes trying to break. He had this incredible record with 73, so he already beat ben hogan, but were going to have to wait the next three rounds to see what happens . Stuart sure. Ive got to tell you this is the most exciting year weve got to see. Uncomfortable rory mcilroy is not with us, but its going to be really exciting Dustin Johnson stepping up, he was very good in this last championship we had, he went headtohead. Can he tell you something cool . Stuart tell me. People have been playing golf since the 1400s. Christopher had not even sailed the seas. Stuart they didnt golf in the 1400s . Yes, they did. The new course was started in 1895. Stuart they used englishmans heads and tried to kick them into the hole. That was golf in those days. I hope youre excited about this. Stuart i am. Im going to watch it all weekend. Me too. Stuart sanctuary cities immigration too. The issues are heating up from coast to coast. Ellen is here with her take. And fords new electronic bike. It folds up, fits into the back of your compact car. Were going to see it and hear about it about 20 minutes from now stuart this happens, neither, middle of the trading session, nothing moves. Were up 34 points. Weve been up 30 points for about an hour and a half. Waiting until the end of the day to get some movement. Start of the day, movement middle of the day, nothing. There is one stock moving big time all day long, and that is netflix. Look at it go. Now up 16 at 114 a share. Look at these pictures from greece. Last night this was before they even voted on more usa arith. Youve got to wonder what tonight will bring because they did vote for more austerity and the banks are still not open. Meanwhile here in america, the president continues the free hand out. Free internet for poor people. Just how far are we from our own greek tragedy . Commentator and the last plan to turn our country into i athird world hell hollow. And welcome to our program anne. Thank you. Good to be here, stuart,. Stuart the question were asking is this. What happens in america at some point in the future when we start to withdrawal the giveaways . When we start to withdrawal and pull back on the freebies . Im not suggesting we get a riot, but i want to know what happens here. Well, it does look like were getting more and more people much like the greeks. I do love that its called a loan. I think we should start calling welfare payments loans. Stuart good luck with that. Why is it being called that . But, you know, people are getting more and more people who are like the greeks. We didnt before. And its a few books back i described behavior. Its never a good thing. Its always a disaster except its good for the democrats. Stuart i guess my question is really geared towards how much president obama and the last eight years, seven or eight years, have truly changed america. Im inclined to believe that we have created a society which is dependent upon government handouts. That is dependent upon just 20 of the population to fuel and food the great give away society. And i dont i think its going to be very very difficult to change that. Yes. It wouldnt be that difficult i mean it really is a matter of them changing the people. Both in terms of voting and bringing in people who are more used to big governments and government handouts. America is the freest country in the world by definition. Any immigrant to america is making it more status, less free, we are bringing in people from other countries that are big and more corrupt, yeah, thats helping democrats a lot. Its changing the culture of america. Stuart i want to talk to you with the issue of sanctuary cities, i talked about earlier today. I wanted to hear his sponsor to reigning in the experience. The category one, category two, which are the criminals i think those folks need to be deported. The other folks that are not a threat to the United States, i think we need to look at that carefully. But at the same time the priorities should be given to the criminals. Stuart that you heard. Giving priority to them and getting the criminals out of town. Now, hes from texas and a democrat. I think that interesting that he should say, yeah, category one, category two criminals get them out of here. Yeah. Its great to hear him say that. Two things. The main thing we need is a wall. Because it wont be done i mean politicians say this all the time. Everyone says, yes, of course we have to deport the criminals. Obama says it and yet somehow it never happens. The most important step is going to be able to keep new illegals from coming in. But also i found it odd, i heard some politicians saying yesterday that this aggressive stand on sanctuary cities protecting people who have broken our laws and protecting criminals or talking too much about the steinel case. Well this is going to upset the hispanic community. Why . Its not like white people leapt up and defended the shooter of the charleston church. Were talking about criminals. Why should this be upsetting to any community . Other than a community of the criminals. Stuart the judgment is that if the republicans go after sanctuary cities, then they will be labeled antihispanic, and theyll lose even more of the hispanic vote. Would you disagree with that . Yeah. If thats true, its a pretty awful statement about the hispanic vote, isnt it . Stuart yes. You cant talk to, you cant Say Something mean about. Stuart but isnt that true . You will be as you say that is politics today. Youre going to be to death but it isnt. Stuart even by after that question, theyre going to go after me. Yeah. But what im saying is you do not see white people saying dont you dare go after jeffrey zommmer, were going to be very upset if you go after charles manson, the white people are done with you if you go after a criminal. Theres something disturbing about that when were talking about murder. Stuart thats true. No . Stuart yes, i agree with you on that one. Hows the book selling . I bet its going well. Yes. I think its six weeks on the New York Times bestsellers list. Stuart i think like the title, the lefts plan to turn our country into a third world hell hole. I think this is the first time youve been on the show, and we really appreciate it. Thank you. Stuart donald trump. He did file a Financial Disclosure form with the federal Election Commission. We havent seen it. Its under wraps until a couple months time; right . Charlie . I dont know. I think it could be a couple days, a couple weeks. Stuart oh, okay. Weve put in our formal request to see the details of it. We should point out that donald put out a press release yesterday, which was about as subtle as annes title of her book. About how hes worth 10 billion. And it was funny in the press release, i wish we had it up. It said 10 billion in kasparov with so they had the dollars sign and the word. I think donald is leading with his chin here because theres always been a controversy how much hes worth. Forbes says hes worth 4 billion, theres a reporter once who said he was worth 300 million, and he got sued. Stuart it will be interesting to look at that Financial Disclosure because its got to be accurate and full. And about the value of his name. Does the value of his name go up even more because hes running for president . Stuart i think so. I think this is a big branding exercise for him. I know he gets mad when i say this. I like donald a lot. When you think hes worth 9, 10 billion now when this things over . Forget it. Think about what he did. Hes going to be on the stage with gop royalty in a couple of weeks. Hes going to be in that debate. Donald trump is going to be in that debate. Stuart could it hurt him . Hes going to be outspoken. He may or may not win any primaries. I dont think hes going to be the president ial candidate. Could that actually hurt him in the business in future . You know, the conventional wisdom is yes. I dont think so. If you look at how much hes lost so far. Its peanuts if you think hes worth a billion. He lost 50 million worth of business. Thats what . 5 of his net worth . I would like him to take on Bernie Sanders. Stuart the billion hater versus this is where it hurts. Hes going to take on jeb. This has the jeb people going nuts. They cant believe this. Stuart next were going to have geohead outside to see this. The new electronic bike made by the Ford Motor Company. After a ride, it folds up, fits into the compact car. Ill hear why i must have one in a moment can a business have a mind . A subconscious. A knack for predicting the future. Reflexes faster than the speed of thought. Can a business have a spirit . Theres no more important vehicle for ford or arguably any automaker. Particularly aluminum version, now if you look online you can see nationally discounts up to 7,000 and in some regions as high as 10,000. Now, heres the behind the scenes headline odds on this. You can also get up to 10,000 on a chevy silver silverado. Important to note. Junes. Sales for the f150, sales down 9 . Part of that as their not able to make them fast enough.
