Helston Athletic's dream of Wembley is over for another year after the Blues suffered a 2-0 defeat at home to Fareham Town in their second round proper tie on Saturday.
Charlie Cooper's early strike and Archie Willcox's second-half header did the damage for the Hampshire side, who go on to face Plymouth Parkway in the third round this weekend.
The Wessex League side got off to the perfect start when Ash Tattersall's cross found Cooper on the right of the box, with the right-back taking a touch before firing past goalkeeper Sam Borthwick in only the sixth minute of the tie.
