A former Atlantic County deputy superintendent of elections was sentenced to a year in jail and four years of probation after admitting he paid an employee unauthorized overtime that he then redirected to another bank account and paid two employees public money to clean his mother's house, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
