A. Discuss leadership and management as you have experienced it in your working career. Discuss how these roles might differ in the military situation from those in general industry.
B. Report on any proposal for change that you have instigated (present, past or future organisation), or intend to instigate. A key idea in gaining acceptance is to address the WIIFM ("What's in it for me") feature/s that apply to each executive present at your presentation, or otherwise have to approve your proposal. List these, with positions held (titles, not names) and how to realise benefits through active engagements.
