Emmerdale star Liam Fox reveals Dan Spencer storyline had to be dropped
The plot was scrapped when the actor tested positive for Covid-19.

Emmerdale actor Liam Fox has revealed that his character Dan Spencer was supposed to be involved in an unknown storyline this year, which had to be dropped due to the star contracting Covid-19.
Speaking to
OK! alongside his wife Joanna Hudson-Fox, Liam said that after the couple both became ill with the virus in January this year, he missed out on filming a new plot for Dan.
"I missed out on a storyline, so I haven't been in work since November," he said. "But in fairness I'm one of those characters that's busy for short periods then used sparingly. I'm happy to fade into the background from time to time."
