Eight-year-old boy who was mauled by 'XL Bully' has 'serious head injuries' after vicious attack in communal area of block of flats: Cops arrest man and woman

The attack occurred in Bootle, Merseyside, on Saturday February 10 where the boy, 8, was mauled by the dog while playing outside near Wadham Road.
