[Sedition] Rajasthan High Court first to follow Supreme Court order; protects News18's Aman Chopra from Section 124A

The Rajasthan High Court directed that an investigation be carried out in relation to allegations of instigating communal riots, but categorically ordered that no investigation be done on sedition charges.
