An attempted drone strike against an oil refinery deep within Russia was thwarted on Monday morning, according to regional authorities. “The Slavneft-Yanos refinery’s electronic warfare system prevented a drone attack,” Yaroslavl region Governor Mikhail Yevrayev wrote on the messaging app Telegram.
