Driver pronounced dead after water rescue in St. Clair River

St. Clair officials say a man sped into the St. Clair river Saturday night after driving through the parking lot of The Voyageur restaurant in St. Clair.

Officials say the accelerated through the restaurant's guardrail landing into the river.
