Driver Hits Family in Montana and Opens Fire, Killing Father and Toddler

David Siau and his 18-month-old daughter, McKenzie, were killed when Derick Amos Madden rammed his vehicle into the family in East Glacier Park, Mont., and shot at them, the authorities said.
