Donors pledge 1 billion euros for Syrian refugees in Turkey

International donors led by the EU on Monday pledged 1 billion euros for Syrian refugees in Turkey and an additional 4 billion euros for those in neighboring countries, with Brussels insisting they should not be "pushed back" to their war-torn homeland, Agence France-Presse reported.
