For a full 24 hours Tuesday, lasting until the clock strikes midnight, Abilenians can log in to donate to a good cause of their choice in Community Foundation of Abilene's fifth Abilene Gives online fundraiser.
A total of 138 local nonprofits are seeking donations through the 2021 event. About two dozen nonprofits are participating in Abilene Gives for the first time.
By going to abilenegives.org at any time over the course of the day, visitors will be able to find out more about each of the participating organizations before making contributions. Donations as little as $10 will be accepted, with no maximum limit. All donations are tax deductible.
