Director, deputy executive director elected as Swapo officials

The deputy executive director in the Ministry Finance and Public Enterprises, Francois Brand, and the director in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, Albertina Shilongo, were elected as Swapo officials in Windhoek on Sunday.
