The Napa Valley Wine Train’s parent company has unveiled plans for a 52-room luxury resort at Charles Krug Winery, with no connections to St. Helena’s water or sewer systems. Noble House Hotels & Resorts, which bought the Wine Train in 2017, revealed details about the so-called St. Helena Resort on Wednesday during the first of two informational meetings at the St. Helena High School gym. The second meeting will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26.
