voter so they won't show up? >> well, you know, it's a scenario where we see 2016, the party that put change on the ballot and won, i don't believe the democratic party put change on the ballot. and in addition to that, if you look at the city of detroit we had in the neighborhood of 28,000 voters who went to the polls. and at 80% african american city, which happens to be my hometown, and they didn't vote for the top of the ticket. that was not about an indictment or support for trump. that's the lack of attention paid to the base fold. and for african americans in neither party at any given particular time really treat african american voters with the type of focus that african americans should be treated with. if african american vote turnout is up, that means one thing. if it's down, it means another thing. the real question for candidates who offered themselves up for the presidency, do you respect the black vote? because it will be the black
