avenue and the building we're in, rockefeller tower, would fall. there would be extra restrictions in that area around trump tower where this helicopter would be. >> supposedly he shouldn't have even been flying in that area. now, if he had an emergency and he was just looking for a place to put the helicopter down all bets are off. you know, at that point you're just looking for a place to put it. this particular building, you know, like most buildings would have had air-conditioning equipment on the roof, so it's not necessarily a flat surface. plus given the weather conditions he would not have been able to see what was going on. now, the new york city fire department trains with the port authority police at our aircraft rescue fire center where they get training and respond to aircraft emergencies, and also have their own training programs at the new york city's fire
