>> from the list. they are terrific people. highly respected. brilliant people. and we'll be announcing that pretty soon too. >> the supreme court might have to rule on ohio's new law in cases banning abortion in cases where a fetal heart beat can be detected. joining us now sarah sleiman, reproductive rights in texas. sarah received national attention in 2013 when she was removed from the texas legislature while advocating for abortion rights. she appeared on "the last word" at that time to talk about this issue. sarah, the fetal heart beat can be detected as essentially as six weeks. many women do not know they're pregnant at six weeks. this bill is clearly in violation of roe versus wade. and so in the current regimen, it would seem that federal appeals court would knock this out. >> i, lawrence. yeah, it appears that all of the
