i think each tasing incident was inappropriate and uncalled for. but even if you suggest him running towards the hospital doors and tasing him to stop him the first time was appropriate, which i say is not. he's on the ground, and they continue to tase him. three officers simultaneously continuing -- the tasered are fired 20 times. can you hear mr. lambert on the ground saying "please don't do this to me! why are you trying to kill me? please stop!" he's pleading with them to stop doing this to him. he's on the ground. he's in handcuffs. and they shackle him. and more outrageous, the second event is then they don't take him to the hospital in the first place where he needs treatment or they believed he needed treatment to begin with. after he's been tased and put them back in the car and continue to tase him in shackles and handcuffs restrained in the back of the car. >> joe messa and gwendolyn smalls, thank you so much for being with me. >> thanks for having us. up next, a quick check on
