this woman, this mom who lost her child, spoke to them and then they spoke to casey. they want to say that not only is she lying about this defense theory, but that she came one this story from someone else so that proves to you that she concocted it from, you know, some source and that makes it more false. i don't buy it. i don't agree and i don't care, i do not care whether that woman spoke to someone who spoke to casey because there is no evidence that caylee drowned in that pool. i think this is a distraction and a bit of a side show. >> how is the defense doing just on the point of performing and showing reasonable doubt to this jury who's now in its 25th day and as we can only imagine, there has to be jury fatigue that is coming in especially with these people that have been on and in seclusion, sequestered this entire time and they have been listening now to this forensic evidence that's been coming forward, as i point out, there has to be some fatigue that's what's now set in.
