welcome back to "hardball". president obama is taking heat from members of his own party plans to cut funding for community block grants and heating assistance for the poor. why is it okay to give tax cuts to the wealthy but scale back money to programs that work. chris cizzilla, ander roll lewis are here. er roll, we haven't had you on for a while, cizzilla has been on more recently, so i'm going to go to you. everybody understands what stimulus is, when the government spends money, they spend the money, the guy it is corner store, the money gets multiplied, and gets the money moving, especially people who live beyond the edge in terms of economic. vastly stimulative. rich people, when they get a tax break, they sock it away, in whatever accounts they've got.
