suspended 178 of its employees without pay last week, after they refused to get the shot saying the vaccines still have only experimental authorization. protesters took to the streets to oppose the hospital's decision and 117 employees sued to get the requirement over turned and get their jobs back. the judge dismissed their lawsuit yesterday ruling that requiring vaccinations for employees is not coercion as the plaintiffs argued. >> a school district in new jersey won't name holidays any more. instead, the board has voted to just list them all as "days off" in its academic calendar. alex hogan is live in new york city with an explanation for that story. reporter: good evening, jon. pretty explosive responses today in new jersey after one school district announced it's doing away with the names of all holidays. randolph township school district in new jersey is about 50 miles outside of manhattan. the district told fox that the change will be both inclusive and equitable.
