>> live from america's news headquarters in washington good saturday morning to you. there is some new fallout from the resignation of youth and human secretary services tom price. the white house giving chief of staff john kelly the authority to sign off on most air travel by top officials involving government and charter airplanes price resigned yesterday amid criticism for his use of private planes for official travel. the white house budget director mick mulvaney issuing those new guidelines in a memo reminding cabinet secretary and department heads they're public servants and that every penny they spend comes from taxpayers; however the guidelines exempt those required to fly government plane s for security reasons like the secretaries of defense and state. i'm leeland vittard, in the meantime back to bulls & bears.
