able to cook food in his own cell and watching television work in a tailor shop and having relationships with a civilian employee who worked in that tailor shop who is facing charges of aiding enabetting these two men's escape. he had a good life behind bars at clinton. he won't get that kind of life behind bars when he's returned to a maximum security facility after treatment of his injury. >> judge jeanine pirro joins us on the phone. we're talking about how this guy has nothing to lose. he certainly has nothing to gain cooperating with law enforcement. he's behind bars and he's going to be in a whole world of hell once they put him there. >> what leverage do they have with him? if he's in solitary confinement, a different kind of life, he may be willing to give out some information about the lack of security at a so-called maximum security prison.
