did george sglirm man purger himself or family members purger themselves under oath on the stand claiming they were all broke. was it a simple omission or willful disregard for the truth? should there be a hearing about that? continuing with special prosecut prosecutor is there something nefarious here? >> certainly under the rules of criminal procedure in florida if there are omissions and misrepresents made a bond hearing they have right to ask for bail revocation or ask for bail to be increased to whatever it is. at the time they went under oath and made a material statement they were indigent and had no funds. the judge will take it under advisement and make that determination. also under the rules if there has been an intentional problem it can be a felony. interesting to see what the testimony to the judge was with
