>> sometimes a little bit louder. but that's the basis of all our laws in society. peer pressure. public pressure not to act in certain ways. and so i think we're doing someone a favor. they may be angry and i've been in that situation in restaurants where there was a restaurant ban that went in effect in 2003 in new york city. some other places across the country subsequent to that. sometimes you had to remind people, listen, you're not supposed to smoke in here. very often, the restaurateurs didn't want to enforce it. they didn't want people leaving the restaurant and people do get angry and i understand that. and i don't want to be a nudge about it but if there is a health risk, and the government is acting on it, then we have an obligation as citizens to say, you know, don't do it. now, if it doesn't work out, then the law will be repealed but the city council in new york city thinks it's a good thing. i'd love to hear what people think. i know a lot of people will be upset about it but i think a lot of people will agree that this is a good thing. >> all right.
