it says repealing it is going to save us money. who i and how do i know who to believe? >> just to clear this up, the cbo just scored the health care legislation written to manipulate that score. when they wrote that bill they double countered money. they didn't count the 115 billion dollars of -- they double counted money from social security, act, medicare, they didn't count -- if you take away the gimmicks and the smoke and mirrors this has a 701 billion dollar deficit. cbo can't say that. cbo has to score ledge as drafted. the democrats drafted it with so many spending gimmicks. this is a budget buster. we are not endorsing and signing on to all those budget game mits -- gimmicks. we know [ unintelligible ]
