it's not clear they i would would have paid for the orphanage and not registered as an international adoption agency. in meridian, idaho, asked leaders about all of this. >> reporter: we've been looking at both the group and plan and it's fair to say some questions have arisen about her capability to run the orphanage. it's a 500 member church seemingly in the middle of nowhere. the church leaders like pastor clint henry says the members have traveled around the globe performing good deeds. >> our faith calls us to reach out to people in need. we saw an opportunity to do this and that -- the love of christ is what compels us to do things like this. >> he's talking about the trip to haiti. members were stopped with a bus load of haitian children at the border with the dominican republic said they planned to build an orphanage in the neighboring country. >> reporter: the idea came from two church members who established an organization called the new life children's
