The tank destroyers ready for swift and decisive action. Hardhitting. Ready to knock things out of the sky. The infantrymen, the backbone of the army. This training has met the acid test. Across the pacific, across the atlantic, shadow of defeat hangs over as the axis partners as the allies liberate town after town. The job is not finished. This is only the beginning. Our blows must be dealt harder and faster and with all of our strength. There can be no letup in our supplies. More food, equipment, and ammunition must reach our troops. More airports, fields, bridges, and roads must be built. Our troops must build them through that the swamps of the south pacific. The snows of the far north. Over the mountains of india. Across the rivers of europe. Build them in record time under enemy fire. Build them into the heart of berlin and tokyo.
