No republican president ial hopeful Perry Johnson talks about the economy, the Biden Administrations Energy Policies and Global Competitiveness during remarks at the first in the nation leadership summit in New Hampshire. And now please welcome Perry Johnson. [applause] [applause] well, hello, everyone. I am Perry Johnson, and im running for president of the United States. I am probably the most hated guy inin washington. We sit here and went to recognize that we have this dark cloud over the world right now because we have whats going on in israel. And it is so sad that we have genocide. We have children getting slaughtered. We have women and men getting murdered and we have really a tragedy that is beyond description. Thank god we have the United States. Because we have to be the pillar of strength in the world. [applause] we have to recognize that the upon us. Ends we are the one Unifying Force of all democracy, and we are the leader of the free world. And we as the leader of the free world must show strength. And the going ask you right now, do you think were showing strength in our Leadership Today . When you have a president the cant remember where he is, a president that has trouble finding a handshake has he doesnt know where the hand is, id say were in serious trouble and we do not exemplify strength. It is because of that that the world is in more turmoil than it has been at any time that i can remember in my lifetime. And this is something that has to change. Now, i know that its impossible for you to ever vote for anyone unless you know something about their background. You have to know something about the candidate, and a is will tell you something about me. Im a guy that grew up like many of you any middleclass family. I had two of the most wonderful parents in the world. My dad was a pilot in world war ii. My mother was a nurse in the army wax. The met at a new Years Eve Party which was the biggest break of my life. Or i wouldnt be here today. But from the beginning of time they told me that one of the greatest gifts anyone can ever be given is to be borne an american. And when youre born an american youve already won the lottery. [applause] when you were born an american, you have that opportunity. And that i believed in all my heart from the beginning of time period you know, when i was little i was a boy scout and some of my fondest memories were going out fishing withh my dad. We were very close. I ended up becoming an eagle scout and thought that was a great the consummate of my life. But the thing that instilled upon me was the importance of integrity, honor, and that in this world you can be anything you want, as long as youre born in america the world is yours god to bring on how hard you want to work and how much effort you want tow put forth. Well, my parents didnt have the money to sendme me to college bt it worked in the steel mill and they got through undergraduate school. In graduate school it was a little tougher. In fact, i was getting a notices on premature regular basis. At my gas shutoff, my electricity shut off, but i got through that and i landed a job in the 80s in the Auto Industry with borg warner. That was a time when the japanese had come with tremendous quality. I dont know if anybody remembers what it was like, but back then there were killing us. Had a better quality car and they made it for less money. And we used to have inspectors at the end of the light in the Auto Industry, and if the product wasnt any goodd they would either throw it out or rework it. But i knew that wasnt going to work. And i thought i knew how to solve the problem. My background was mathematics, and i went into the Auto Industry, started my first company. Perry johnson inc. , and we wod go in there and introduce statistical methods. Back in wen didnt have computs to do all the work. I actually had to teach the people on the line how to make a control chart that moved, use moving average. They looked at variation, and a new if we ironed out the variation that eventually we wouldnt need all these inspectors. And you know what . Ec in four ord five years we have the bestrs quality in the world. And then i said to myself, why not a standard for quality . We have a standard for everything else. So lets have a standard for quality. And i wrote a book, iso 9000, the quality standard. I dont know if any of you ever heard of it, but thats, thats me. I wrote that book, and by golly, Perry Johnson registrars and Perry JohnsonLaboratory Accreditation now do business in 61 countries around the world. And ive been bringing quality and efficiency to companies for the last 35 years. Not not want to bring quality and efficiency to the federal government. And upon ask you a simple question. Do you think the federal government has quality and efficiency now . It is the most inefficient organization on the planet. And i will let you know right now, i wrote a book, to sense to save america, on a plan on how to solve our problem here and the rnc hates it. They hate me in washington because of what you take power away. They get allr their power becae they get all their money, and every penny of the budget is spent every year. In fact, they go out of the way to make sure that every year they are broke. Can you imagine running a company like that, where every single year you will make sure you are broke at the end of the year and you go to your control and safe please, make sure dont have any money, make sure we are broke . Well, thats what our government does. Thats why we are now 33 trillion in debt. You know, we have these debates that go on, and i met every metric. In fact, i had extra qualifying polls, but the wouldnt let me on the debate. I get a call on monday night before the debate saying they are disqualifying the mclaughlinav poll, they are disqualifying the strategic goal, and theyre telling me this rationale. Why . They dont want me here and so how do you, what did you do . You continue to fight and you say to yourself, washington is going out of its way to go broke. Broke. Now i want you to recognize how bad it is. We are now 33 trillion in debt. We collect 3. 9 trillion in taxes, so weio are so far in det that it is costing every household in america 610 a month in interest. Now, at one time we will borrow money at. 68 of 1 . So under 1 , and the cost for even 33 joint was what, 230 billion. Its a rounding error. But were borrowing now at an average of 5 . Hack, thats 1. 65 trillion, 40 of what we collect in taxes. And the bottom line is that the economy is the key to our strength. We need the economy for our military. We need the economy for our way of life. And every single power in the world has fallen because of the economy. Rome ruled the world for 1000 years until it couldnt pay its troops. The sun sun never sets onnde British Empire until world war ii. And the soviete se union, it wea dominant force until they couldnt keep up with the arms race and the wall came down. And we have to recognize that we are the greatest economy in the world, the greatest really economy greatest people in the history of the world, and we have to keep it that way. But we are not going to do with the way were doing it now. In fact, we have to use some common sense. Now, i wrote a book, to sense to save america. Its a very simple concept. Instead of having the government spend every penny in the budget every year, we freeze the budget and they cut to sense out of every dollar. Doesnt that make sense . Dont you say we start paying attention to money and the economy so we continue our great way of life . What did you say that right now we send a message to washington and let them know, this has to stop. Because frankly they are nuts. And you know, they love to spend your money. By golly got it so easy to spend somebody elses money. Now, my plan really is can steps. Im going to talk about some other steps. We should be producing as much oil as possible. [applause] lets face it, theres nobody in the world does a better job of extracting ore refining oil and the United States. But do you know when Biden Took Office what he did . Immediately stop all production on federal lands. And when he did that, it was a travesty but we took him to court, and now he is drilling, the amount of drilling thats taking place is so low you had to go back to trumans years to get that low. He also put all these new regulations in place so that the small producer could not produce any more and make money. But what we did, we didnt stop flying. We didnt stop driving. We didnt stop our missionary. We did to stop producing plastic. We still need oils we ended up spending 61 billion buying the oil from russia. And do you know when russia goes and extracts oil and refined that it is much worse for the earth . In fact, when they convert it to natural gas they put five times the amount of methane in the air that we do . Its a sin that we do this. We are contaminating the earth and as a result everybody going to the pump is bank 100 more for the for gas than they should be. Now i ask you, doesnt make any sense . Now, what about the department of education . I mean, i know youre going to kill me, but when im elected president im getting rid of the department of education. [applause] did you know that only 8 of the money goes to grades k12 . It is ridiculous. Then we are going to become e government tell us what we should teach our kids . Ite have two, 14yearold and he a 19yearold, and they go to school and they are indoctrinated with these crazy ideas because they tell us what were supposed to teach our kids. And, frankly, they are nuts. I civil get the the government out ofut our lives. Right . [applause] now, i will tell you that there are times when we have to spend money, and one of those times is right now. We have to help israel, and what everybody to recognize why its sowa important. They are a fulcrum in the middle east. They have h helped us so much or the last number of years. They are a true ally, and while some people may object to this, actually help us in so many ways that by helping them it actually saves us money and it gives us security. Its something that we have to do. Now, i want you to realize that over the period of the last seven years weve only given 120 billion in aid to israel, and were about to eclipse that in the ukraine. So when we talk about helping out israel, its something that we have to do our own security, for the worlds security. And how many people here want to make sure we have a secure, free world . [applause] and we will do that. Now, i will tell you that i am not happy with a lot of departments. I happen to think that the fbi is corrupt. Who can doubt it when the people that they are bribing to perjure themselves . The department of justice, it obviously is not fair. And when you use it as as a weaponizing tool, its not right. But we still have the greatest country the world has ever known. Known. And i want to keep it the greatest country in the world has ever known. I love my family. I love my children in so many ways, and nobody in the world love their kids more than the parents. So i say the parents should have a role in what they teach their kids. What do you say . [applause] now, i know i got everywhere i go i have my plan two cents to save america. Everybody knows all about it. They call me the two sandman. The bottom line is that people say itse impossible that you n never ever change, that we have this swap and is nothing you can do about it. But but i dont believe that. You know the one thing about america is that we have a history of doing the impossible, and sometimes its important we reflect on how great we really are. You know, 250 years ago years ago we had an idea, a very simple idea, that we were going to create a country unlike any country in the history of the world, a country by the people, for the people, with the basic precepts of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And it is upon those principles that were going to build the country that was unlike anything in history ofe the world, and to do we had to do the impossible. We had to fight the greatest army the world had ever known. We had to do it without guns. We were not even allowed muskets. We had to m do with a fledgling general by the name of george washington. And we went out there and we did something that no onewe had ever thought could be done. We defeated the greatest army in the history of the world, and the people look at us and they say, wow comic is we became a country unlike any country the world has ever known. And they looked at us and they think, whether you think about carnegie, we think about melon, we think about henry ford, the world says wow. And by golly, i say we keep it that way and we continue to be the greatest country in the world has ever known. God bless New Hampshire and god bless the United States of america. [applause] and i will take any questions. They sit in New Hampshire you have to have questions. If you dont have any questions, thats great because then i dont have to think. I could be like biden. Yes. I have a question for you. Everybody who has talked today has told used about what you gog to do and could be another two years. I want toer know how were going to survive these two years waiting. I actually came here for some hope today. Im feeling very heavy. I know that morgan who spoke about the security, spoke on the security panel, couldnt send her daughter to her Jewish School because of the fear. I have relatives who were told not to come into new york city today because they didnt want them to be exposed. Well, this is the day of rage. Next week it might be the week ofof rage. And how are we going to survive this bidens who are purposely doing these things . Its not an accident. Its not incompetence. They are very smart. This is what theyre doing, and how do we get there to where you could lead . Well, the bottom line is, fortunately i am very religious. I pray every day. But the bottomm line is that we always managed to survive, provided we keep ourselves reasonably grounded. Lets be realistic. The bottom line is we have a very weak president right now. I had called for his impeachment. In fact, i was the first to call for his impeachment. How many people think he should be impeached . [applause] thepr problem that we have is tt when he is impeached right now, we have, paris and she may be worse. Kamala harris. When i was growing up we had a president that i if that was e worst president in history of the world, and that was jimmy carter. I dont know if anybody remembers him but it was very much like at time we have now. We at high Interest Rates to oil, fuel, gas a fortune. Fact we would have to wait in line in order to get gas because we couldnt even find of the gas. We had all of these people over there that were held hostage, and they were just there for literally hundreds of days. I think was like 400 some days, Nothing Happened and we had this pusillanimous president much like we have today. And i thought he was the worst in history ofs the world untile got biden. And i mean biden is going to set a world record. He will gorl down on the history books as the worst president our country has ever known. And all im saying is we have to try to overcome that, and only way to overcomeon that is throuh hope, and we have to recognize that it is very important that each and every one of you tried to get on board to elect a republican. I am obviously a little biased and i know we may have people here that are in the middle because this is a purple state, but if there were ever a time for us to start being conservative and recognizing how important it is that we take simplify strength, its now. And it is very important. Remember what happened when reagan took office . He immediately, once he took office, everybody was released and we didnt have to give them 6 billion. Now, dont you think its kind of crazy that you have the president decides hes going to release 6 billion over to iran so they can help out hamas . Isnt that nuts . It is crazy. I thought it was ridiculous when obama coffeeas release over 100 billion, and then he gave them another billion and a half in cash. This is nuts. And it all starts with having a confident atmosphere and having the world trust the United States will be there to make sure that the free world is secure. What do you say we keep the free world secure for the rest of our lives . [applause] yes. Right now we have Chinese Communist party their companies [inaudible] major advantage on the Global Markets while restricting us getting access to the market. At the same time, this glorious Biden Administration is got about six agencies looking to break up all of our hightech companies. Whats your solution to increase our Global Competitiveness, not just a giant big techs but all . Was okay. Its much worse than you think. No, im going to tell you how bad it is. This is the real, this, its much worse. Now, what everybody to understand that in the year 2000 the entire economy of china was 1 trillion, 200 billion. Okay . We then decided were going to give them the status of a third world country and all the advantages of a third world country. That meant no tariffs, nothing. We would then, whenever a Company Enter china, you had to give 51 of the company to a chinese citizen. That meant you could not own, own over 50 of any chinesees company. So im going to tell you how bad it is. Now, Perry Johnson registrars are the ledges rochester in the United States and all of these around all these companies in the United States that put up operations in china and one count one registrar. So im coerced to go and open this register in china. I had to get 51 to some chinese citizen. Well, when they changed the law it took me six years to get this got out, and then top of that the incidentt unceremoniously come in and seizing my computers. They kept them for 90ey days. They froze my bank account. When i talk about how bad they are, you have no idea how bad they are. They are much worse than you ever couldan imagine. They decided that they had problemspr with quality in a refrigeration plant, and this is actually in the wall street journal. So they unceremoniously went over and took the management, of which there were five people, in the back of the factory and they shot them. They killed them. So bush had a meeting with them. This is george bush junior. He had a meeting with them and said, we had to have a different standard. You are going to have to be more humane. And, you know, understand that back then when you did that they charged all the family for the bullets. Now they no longer charge the family for the bullets. So when we talk about china, china has, this in the best and brightest to our colleges, which prevent our kids from going to those schools. They steal our technology. They now have a 20 trillion economy to our 25. 25. So i went time we were literally a ten to 50 larger than they are. Now we are 25 larger than they are and the son of all of the advantages of being a third world country, even though theyre the second largest economy. We have borrowed money from china and were sending them 74 billion a day in day in interest payments. So if we donttpa wake up we ae going to find ourselves find the eight ball. And in technology its very important that we stay ahead, particularly with ai entering the picture. With Artificial Intelligence in train the picture its more important than ever that we stand top of whats happening in our military. We mustus stay ahead in technoly in every possible way and we cannot let the chinese be involved in any possible way of stealing that technology. So the only way thats going to happen is if we get republicans in there to start guarding the future of our country. And the security of our country. The test iss critical. [applause] yes. Hello. Over here. Hello. Thanks for coming. I certainly agree with you that the T National Debt is among the leading issues in our nation. How specifically do you think we should cut spending within Discretionary Spending . Well, heres the way it typically works. Well, i would to start by getting rid of the department of education which is 68 billion off the top, and what it would do would be you get rid of 4400 people because thats the employee count and that 8 you can send directly to the states and let them disperse the money. The bottom line on this is that you have to change the thinking in washington. I want everybody to understand what the thinking really is for everybody that works for the government. They did a budget, and every year they really do go out of the way to make sure everything is spent and stead, what we do is we give a bonus to the managers for saving that 2 . And now theyre starting to think of ways to be more efficient. Now, when it introduced the program to companies, its amazing what happens. I suddenly have an emphasis now on quality and efficiency. We ended up having companies that have departments at cut 20 and 25 , and still increase market share. Which had to change the thinking. Thinking. Right now the thinking is to make sure everything is spent. So there is no emphasis on efficiency and quality. And unless we change that mindset we are going to have this problem forever in the government. But it starts with changing the mindset of all of the people working for the government. And by the way those of not just elected officials. Those are people that were there every year. They are there working for 20, 30 years after one administration, another administration at another administration. Because its been both the republicans and the democrats that have spent too much money. We are both guilty. We cant pick on any one. We just have to change it. [applause] in the meantime, thank you. Lets make sure we do well in this election. What do you say we have a strong government and a strong president . Hey, hey.
