We all felt as part of that family to the joy in that household when he was elected. Not just for the joy of the good of the country. I remember when senator harris came to the senate and i was so happy she was going on judiciary committee. Because she had been such a egood prosecutor, such a good attorney general. She was a woman who did not need that much of an orientation. She knew exactly what she was doing. We have gotten to know her and her husband. And admire her t so. And when she spoke and except for the fact there president and Vice President elect, when she spoke and said how proud she was to be there with president elect biden. But how she will proud she was to speak to her background immigrant parents coming here. Different races shown in her background. And she said women everywhere but i would say also that she shows two young women. Those not old enough to vote. Like my granddaughters. They could look at that and say everything is open. You know i come from a state where it is unusual to be elected the first time. Because well i am the only democrat ever elected to the senate and vermonts history. The youngest also. I was not supposed to win. Republicans say then both parties for the last example. A republican governor this year or the last few days, republican governor won overwhelmingly. We should all get together to try to make them successful. O senators disagree on a particular issue vote up or dow down. But have the courage to vote. Have the courage to vote.
