The FBI announced that Crystal Rogers' boyfriend has been arrested in connection to her murder, more than eight years after the Kentucky mother went missing. In a statement, the FBI's Louisville field office confirmed that Brooks Houck, 41, was arrested by Kentucky State Police on Wednesday, September 27.
