Crown court spectator is jailed for laughing at jury while watching £105million tax fraud trial

Michael Moynihan (pictured) was found guilty of contempt of court and sentenced to 21 days in prison. Judge Everett of Chester Crown Court said his behaviour was 'threatening' to the jury.
