Parents of boy, 8, who killed himself after being bullied and knocked unconscious by classmates can sue school district
Gabriel Taye, eight, hanged himself in January 2017, two days after he was knocked unconscious by bullies in the bathroom at Carson Elementary School
His parents filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the school and the Cincinnati Public School District and have now been told they will be allowed to sue
The lawsuit alleges school administrators allowed bullying to take place and then attempted to cover it up
Last December, Carson Elementary Principal Ruthenia Jackson and Vice Principal Jeffrey McKenzie moved to have lawsuit claims dismissed in court
