Johnson County's Commissioners have voted to approve and accept a Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Jim Gatchell Museum and the Gatchell Museum Association (GMA), drafted by County Attorney Tucker Ruby, who explained the details to the commission at their recent meeting.
