Councillors call for urgent insulation works on damp Wicklow social homes

Arklow councillors have reiterated their calls to Wicklow County Council for urgent works on social homes in Arklow, Avoca and Rathdrum, where they say tenants live in houses with sub-par insulation and damp on the walls and ceilings.
