Among the matters to be voted on is a zoning bylaw amendment application from applicant Andrew Kerslake to return a former chiropractic office at 105 Main St. S. in Exeter to its original use as a duplex dwelling. The application seeks to change the zoning from the current core commercial zone to a residential low density – special zone. Planner Craig Metzger said the special zone is also found on neighbouring properties and permits low density residential uses as well as some commercial uses.
