Cost breakdown of Willmar Schools referendum spending
Here's how Willmar Public Schools spent $52 million to make improvements across the district after voters approved a bond issue in May 2015.

WILLMAR — Funding from the $52 million bond referendum approved in May 2015 was used for many building, remodeling and maintenance projects in the school district.
Jefferson Learning Center — boiler replacement, $400,000; tuckpointing, $60,000; roof replacement, $50,000; other improvements including lighting and restrooms, $100,000.
Roosevelt Elementary School — roof replacement, $240,000; fire suppression, $380,000; other improvements including a media center, collaborative space and corridors, $955,000.
Kennedy Elementary School — roof replacement, $420,000; electrical upgrades, $110,000; HVAC upgrades, $2.3 million; windows, doors, exterior wall, $2 million; other improvements including theater, media center, corridors and restrooms, $1.75 million.
