CoolSys Acquires Duquette Refrigeration
CoolSys, a parent of market-leading refrigeration and HVAC services companies nationwide, has acquired
Duquette Refrigeration, a commercial refrigeration company headquartered in Worcester, Mass. Coolsys expects this acquisition will strengthen its’ commercial and industrial division and broaden its presence in the Northeast region.
