Office Create Corp., owners of the Cooking Mama IP, said on Nov. 17 that the International Chamber of Commerce’s International Court of Arbitration ruled in its favor on a 2020 complaint that Cooking Mama: Cookstar on Nintendo Switch and PS4 was an unauthorized launch that infringed copyrights and marks that Office Create owned.
