ALBANY— “My heart is heavy and my eyes are so watery,” said Xji-Anne Hudson.
The 20-year-old was speaking Thursday evening in the city's South End Night Market in an event honoring Destiny Greene, 15, and Chyna Forney, 18 — the two youngest fatalities in Albany's recent outburst of gun violence.
