A couple key tangible take a ways, the ambassadors to both respective countries will return to their posts in washington and moscow. Of course, they were sent home because of the rising tensions. Officer jeffrey tom was charged with Second Degree murder for allegedly firing the shots that killed the teen without provocation according to prosecutors.
