Clariant Closes Its Bioethanol Plant In Podari, Romania

Clariant, a Swiss sustainability-focused specialty chemical company, has announced on Dec 6 its decision to shut down its Romanian bioethanol factory in Podari (Dolj County) amid ongoing losses which no longer justify continued production.
