The 16th Busker Festival returns to Lawrence Friday, Saturday and Sunday - bringing magicians, acrobats, clowns and other performers to the heart of the city. All the entertainment is free, but tips for the buskers are greatly appreciated. As Tom Parkinson explains, the spotlight this year is on the area's local musicians.
